Masturbation is fine as long as you have gotten your girth in. If you masturbate too close to girth work your eq will suffer. Before stretching is fine, as a matter of fact I suggest it. Stretching after orgasm has a different feeling than normally, the penis feels more pliable, more malleable, I think it also fatigues the pelvic floor muscles allowing for a much better stretch.

Excellent point and I want to add to that. I have been around these parts for a very long time and have done many studies on the subject of masturbation as a child and the final size a penis will mature naturally. In most cases, mine included, those who had frequent masturbation ended up with a larger full grown penis.

Masturbation weakens your Zeal to do your PE sessions. So it's best to reduce the rate at which you are doing it.
