Yep the pattern is like 5 days on for a few years useing a consistent routine with dedication yields gains. I myself did a 7-8 month consistent pe routine for 5 days on and 2 off and it was the plan from the PenileSecrets website, if I can find it on my old disk I might be willing to offer it to some via PM. It worked and got me going, and after that I learned more about pe from thunders site and my own experience.
I than didnt do pe as much, and it became lass consistent which might, well probably does explain my hardtime gaining length. I mainly targetted girth now I lookback, doing mainly wet jelqs and hardly any stretches. Has this made my penis conditioned to gaining girth? who knows, I dougt it because the penis is so versatile and adaptable.
If I stuck to a program more freq than the 9.5 inches length I want would be here by now but things get in the way such as love, life and work. ATM I'm MIA because I'm recovering from a cold and had issues maintaining a erection because of that, so it'll be either Wednesday or Thursday night when I start pe again, nearly 2 weeks break....but yet again breaks do the world of good. Not many men can do 5 or 7 days on of pe for years, and thats probably why not many get the gains like Bib, still and dld...plus many many others. I have average gains IMHO from someone who does pe consistently for a few years, but I was blessed IMHO with good genes so I dont need to hammer pe 5/7 days per week like some to gain, I also gain muscle easier than some, so maybe genes also play a role.
 
I think genes ARE a factor here, Red, plus dedication, which I hear here over and over. Never give up, right? Even if life interferes with our routines from time to time, which it will. But just keep at it, visualizing a bigger dick, and it will happen. It may take a few months, or a few years. But it WILL happen.

The problem with Penis Enlargement is the time it takes to make gains, big impressive gains. It has to be done consistently for 5 to 7 days per week for months to years and our individual lives get in the way of our goals..."distractions are things I see when I take my eye off my goal" kind of thing.

The one guy I can't believe I forgot to add to our list was Uli. And this guy was a stud just like the others except he was the KING of girth. He said that he had done Penis Enlargement off and on for about two years with limited gains and then decided to get serious about a program. That's when he started doing his program twice a day, 7 days per week. And from the sounds of it, I'll bet it was no more than 20-25 minutes per session. From what I remember, he didn't make real noticeable gains for about six months into his program and then the Rocky music started playing. His workout focused on girth and I think the head of his cock ended up being about 8"+.

My opinion only fellas so don't take it personal...I'm starting to think that if I workout 4 days (or less) per week, I'm basically doing a maintenance program.

So it's everyday, at least once per day, of some activity...intense stretching for 20 minutes-once a day minimum, or jelqing or hanging...but that's what I'm gonna do when I DON'T feel like doing Penis Enlargement...just do something when I'm not in the mood is what I'm saying.

I would like to add in this thread, that we are discussing the theorys around the big gainers, and 5-7 days of pe seems to be good, and also genes may play apart but I would like to say to many dont burn yourselves out by doing tons of pe per week because it will not work for everyone. They are other big gainers around who are always forgotten and wouldnt have done 5-7 days on, but maybe thats good genes? who knows, I think its a mixture.
 
I think that sounds right, but what was your dick like outside of working out? could u get hard erections? was it sore? Ive been at it for about four months now and If I go 2 days of my workouts in a row(clamping) then I can barely get it up on the third day, so I've just stuck with everyother day. Do you think I should bump up my routine?

When You big gainers first started, were you clamping, and pumping and doing manual work, or were You guys just doin manual work?
 
btw my gains are coming pretty good in the girth region. It feels and looks fatter since I've started clamping. I think what I'll do is probably bump up the clamping frequency as soon as my dick becomes acustomed to the everyother day routine. What do you guys think.

Your right, 8 inches is BIG but sometimes as its been said before we, well I MYSELF get drawn into this world of the monster penis, which is like 12 inches or so and anything below that isnt big....dont take that as literal but its somewhere along those lines if you know what I mean. We see such large men in adult entertainment and hence we, I think that its the norm and what I have isnt big. Also my girth makes my head think its nothing. Is 7 3/4 inch erect big? I range from that to the 8 inch range on various days.

Also to answer someones question here about big gainers on what they first did.
Well I'm a average gainer I would say but large in girth, I started on the penilesecrets.com program consistent for like 6-8 months and mainly did just the jelq routine in that every day, 5 days and 2 off word for word. I belive thats what started my massive girth, perhaps it somehow conditioned it to become what it is today? I never really targetted length via manuel methods because I got bored with stretches.
 
I think RED is the prime example of what 2 months decon COULD do. He's been so use to gaining girth and it's been easier for him than length. Just imagine if you did the decon with NO Penis Enlargement for 2 months Red then came back and did ONLY length work for 6 months or so 5-7 days a week...You may reach your goal in that one setting...who knows
