I don't know if this has been posted before, in this case feel free to delete it.
I already know that everything helps, every device or exercise, but here i'm asking about YOUR favourite, i mean... it's a personal thing...
So, the questions are:
1) What is the device, or the exercise that made you gain the most, and that you felt more comfortable with
2) And the devices or exercises that (You think) were least helpful?
Ok, i'm the first xD
My favourite exercises are: a) the good old Jelqing; when i jelq i really feel like... something is changing down there (expecially now that i only do erect jelqes). in my opinion NOTHING beats jelqing.
b) the Mandingos stretches;
c) the DLD Blasters;
My favourite devices are: a) The [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]Tugger[/words] : the best head sistem for uncut guys. (in my opinion of course)
b) The [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Sizegenetics[/words]: more High-Tech than the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]Tugger[/words], but not the best for uncut guys, also a bit expensive considering all the issues with the straps and so on ( In my opinion of course )
I have been a bit disappointed by the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], of course it gives a ( in my opinion small ) contribution to your growth IF combined with Jelqing and other devices or exercises, but after about 8 months of use i'd say that the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] alone DID NOT give me inches in a few months as the website said when i bought it, and i have been using it regularly 5 days a week for 20 minutes for 8 months.
P.S. I am curious to know if some of you guys with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] Extreme had the same gains as that guy who made the 6 weeks videos...
