i find that if i can't keep up with my routine, i lose some gains, i don'tknow if it's due to meds or whatever. but i have to make sure to keep a lot of blood flow going on down there. so i would always kegel my ass off and i would be able to keep my gains. or most of it. thenwheni get back into the swing of things it's like nothin changed. so hope that helps. kegel alot and i think you'll be ok.

:) Yeh I'm only taking a week off so I don't lose my gains. I still do plenty of kegels, they help with just about everything.

Might take a break off my break and do some stretching tonight.

Did some stretching the other night, I've discovered that although Penis Enlargement takes dedication, it's so addictive I actually found it really difficult to stop.
 
My routine starts again tomorrow!!!! Looking forward to the following routine:

Stretches (30 seconds) 5 sets
down,forward, right, left and up
5 sets of 30 second footlongs


Jelqing-anything between 500 and 1000 jelqs, depending on time available.(all jelqs are 2 second strokes)


At the end I will add anything I want to to give me a HUGE pump. Such as horses, constricted jelqs, uli's,etc.
 
that's a good solid soundin routine you got there. i used to get the pump affect by gettin to 100% erection after my work out, then stopping. i didn't really know about constrictors and all that stuff. good work :)
 
I always keep at between 80 and 100% erect during my routine anyway, Red said that constrictors were good for girth, and I seem to make good girth gains.

Im back on the scene with a vengeance! Just did a set of stretches and 500 jelqs when erect, followed by 100 jelqs when about 20% erect to increase my post-workout hang (and hopefully flaccid size).

I'm feeling good to be back into this. Such a long week that was.

Woah, I have time for one huge-ass session today. I'd say I can fit in 1000 jelqs and lazy ass stretches all day, combined with 5 sets of stretches in the evening same as I did yesterday.

I had an absolute MOTHER of a stretching session last night. Still feeling a bit sore. Doesn't mean I'm not gonna rip it out of my dick tonight. Tomorrow I think I might have off to have sex with my girlfriend all day, but we'll see.
 
I've seen some pretty amazing girth gains. 0.75" in 3 months and I think I may have gained girth this month, it's looking fatter. I haven't had sex with my girlfriend for about 2 weeks so she should be able to tell me if I've gained girth. She did last time :)

Last night I tried out that nice little stretching routine. My ligs didn't recover until this morning. Today I will probably have a day off jelqing but I will stretch like a beast later.

I'm guessing this month isn't gonna be a big gainer. Next month is gonna be a time for me to blast my penis. I did some light jelqing today but was too lazy to do much else.
 
My measurements are BP, my fat pad is only about 0.25" anyway. I'm a skinny bastard :)

My girlfriend knows I Penis Enlargement. She claims she doesnt want me to but every time we have sex after a couple of weeks without, she will notice the extra girth and I notice the extra reaction I get!

Didnt manage the stretches because 2 hours after my jelqing I got too horny and was forced to jack off. Then I did some rotary stretches to loosen up after I always do when I jack off.

I'm disappointed with myself actually that my routine is becoming so inconsistent. I need to up the stakes a bit.
 
This month I really will conquer 7.5". Only got 0.15" to gain in length. Not really fussed about girth so I will only be doing 5 or 600 jelqs and increasing my stretches this month. Had a good stretch last night and I'm off to do a nice bit of jelqing this morning.

My fat pad is actually about a quarter of an inch. I am 6 foot and about 150 pounds.

Wow, my stretching sessions are getting good. Last night was a blast! Jelqing this morning and I might up the intensity of my stretches later, just because they seem to be going so well recently I might aswell do more of them.
