I've applied kegals (400 long, 800 quick), masturbation beforehand, water based warm up and cool down, and hitting all angles to an 8 hour daily [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] routine. I am hoping you are spot on with your theory, and if you are I will enthusiastically post up and down about it here.

Time is a good thing to let go of in PE, just allow yourself to settle in and see that this PE thing is for life and you will no longer feel that desperate need to rush or make things happen in unrealistic times. The more relaxed you are the better and I agree with always working towards better intensities.
 
You know, I took a look in the mirror yesterday during my girth work warm down and it definitely had a longer look to it. I have a hard time deciding whether I should be excited or shrug it off. I've been surprised to find no gains in the past.

Your eq is gonna raise by 50% in few days, thousand kegels, I did it in two days and I was blasting with eq!

I am saying that to me- a longer length session exceeds a more intense one. Whether you hang (which is one of the BEST ways to gain), extend or do manuals- I believe this is the way.

For everyone that is interested- I can write a more broad post mentioning more things and giving additional explanation backed up with evidence and experience. But now- I am just too lazy to do it and don't know whether you'd be interested rofl! :)

After a girt session you can have a shooting and continue whit a stretchibg session,actually as far as i remember D talks about that, because the penis in a flaccid state and allows the penis to expand and elongate much easier..

It will be the best to do length in that way, but it's not necessary to exhaust PC and ejaculate before length session.

The point of exhausting the pelvic floor muscles prior to your stretching routine is so that there is little to no resistance from the pc muscles when performing the stretch, making it a more effective effort. The concept of ejaculation before stretching is that after you cum your dick is in a refractory period that produces a similar effect of little to no resistance. Well, that's what ive taken from it, if i am wrong somebody please correct me.

I wanted to put this post up as I have been doing pe for AWHILE and saw gains lost gains and am now gaining like crazy. I've tried so many different routines and exercises and have reached a point where I feel I can help a LOT of guys out. Here it is...They key to gaining length is loosening the ligs FIRST, high intensity tunica/inner penis stretching, multi angles, JELQING(i like to think of it as the cardio/conditioning of the pe world), and KEGELS! Most people don't realize that the ligaments really "hold back" the inner penis and therefore gains. A lot of SLOW GAINERS would definitely see gains if they really focus on stretching the ligaments FIRST. Another thing holding these slow gainers back is INTENSITY OVER TIME. This means literally stretching at your max pull force "manually" straight out and up and everywhere in between, multiple times a day, for at least 3 months. I believe 5 days on 2 off as perfect with at least 2 routines a day. More time for recovery as needed but just like exercise the more you train the more volume you can add. The sides of the penis are also attached by ligaments and the inner penis can get a great "side" pull from multi angle stretches. Go easy with these at first but you will eventually be able to build up to a nice pull. As for jelqing I believe it as a great "cardio" type warm up getting blood oxygen and nutrients into the penis prior to the main exercise. After my stretching routine it serves the same purpose and can be done slower if a length/girth session is wanted. Next, kegels! Want your 8,9,10 inch dick to be rock hard, veiny, express your new gains at every angle, be able to stand at attention and shoot for the stars??...kegel. And the last and possibly most important...ALWAYS WARM-UP with a hot wet cloth or shower. Wet heat works a lot better than dry heat. Anyways that's it I hope people take my advise safely and slowly. If you have any questions it's better to ask than risk an injury. Let's all gain!
