The one thing way too many folks overlook is the kegel exercise. I haven't read about you doing them, but they are so helpful with eq and have a strange habit of being present with a lot of big gainers. All I know is I've made it to the point of being able to reverse kegel through an orgasm and literally just continue having sex. It just offers so much more control and really makes it so your erections are consistently 100%.

Well .. I do kegels from time to time but not as I want to . However your post motivated me and now I will do kegels every day . I thought my P.C. muscle is stronger but is not as I expected .

Keep at it long enough and you'll see some serious benefits. It's also been said that a kegel workout to exhaustion fatigues the pelvic floor muscles, which theoretically helps make a length routine more productive. I am guessing it is helpful because I didn't gain anything until I started doing tons of kegels.

I go very quickly like maybe 1 per second. I just keep doing them and eventually I forget I am doing them. I do hold long Kegels a few time a day, maybe hold for 5 minutes but mostly quick Kegels. I go all day and if I am getting one in every second and I am awake for 10 hours that would add up to about 6000 Kegels a day.

It's just like weight training really. Fast ones will tone, hard ones will strengthen. The two main points are strengthening and improving your awareness of how it works. I think harder faster ones are a good default. Quick ones will help you hit it more accurately. Super hard long ones are one method of beating an orgasm back. Specifically a long hard kegel followed by a reverse kegel for a few seconds.

If you want one size fits all though short but hard kegels are good. But they all have uses.

The other time I rapid fired a few hundred, and then held it which is when my muscle was burning real good.

I know about the towel raises , a friend told me about that long time ago but I thought it was a joke . At the moment I struggle with 5 reps I think , and then I lose the erection . About the edging , it was pretty rought when I first started . 5 - 7 minutes of edging and I give up and bust . But with practice I manage to last a lot longer .. damn , I avanced a lot . My best time spend edging was 1 hour and 10~ minutes . I didn't had a sex life before I started edging but now , I want for the girl to finish and then I finish . I had 2 straight hours sex without a break but I have to say , I lost some sensivity from my glans so this counts as well . Why not just take a couple days to rest? This flu sounds like it is kicking your ass. Remember to drink a fuck load of water, as much as you can handle, the solution to pollution is dilution! And the flu is certainly a pollutant!

I feel pretty frustrated if I take some days off for a flu . I builded a life style around P.E. I drink tons of tea but god .. I guess I will take some medication because I don't have any chance with tea and chicken soup .

It actually doesn't matter as long as you don't rage quit the session. Just keep ballooning until arousal returns and get back in where you left off.

The objective is to actually ride that wave as long as you can. I can do that for hours now due to conditioning. Almost like surfing only with sensations. There's not enough solid knowledge about pe to say an idea is smart or dumb at this point. Anything is worth a shot considering how little research has actually been done. Just let us know how any new ideas work out. I've done plenty of experiments on me in my pe experience. It's a, "the more the merrier.", kind of thing.

I heard zinc is good for erections, but I think you need to cycle trib as with most herbs because the effect starts to wane
