So I was inspired tonight by Turnover's journal/progress thread.

I had a quick session tonight. 5 min [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] followed by 5 mins [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] clamped. 10 min [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], 10 min clamp work. Some fluid build up so I kept it at that.

Edged for about 20 minutes.
I'm shooting for no ejaculation for 30 days unless the buildup gets too much. I get enough 'leakage' so I'm hoping that will keep my balls from wanting to pop.

I'm also working on losing some weight and getting in shape. About 4 years ago I dropped from 200 lbs to 170 from working out and eating right. I was probably down to about 12% body fat and I was stoked at how I was looking and feeling. I'm 45 now and I was in the best shape of my life. We moved and all that went to the wayside.

I've been physically separated for about 4 months now and I have my kids on a 50% temp custody schedule. Time is a bit scarce but I know if I want to get something done I just have to make the time. It's been a hard adjustment over the 4 months and I'm getting a better routine with the kids.

I think it's time to get very serious about my Penis Enlargement and physical shape goals and to just carve the time in and DO IT.

I'm gonna go hard for 30 days. I always find it's easier to setup a short term goal of something like 30 days because it gives a solid time frame to be able to keep an eye on the prize.

After 30, start another 30. Rinse and repeat.

I made some nice gains when I first started but the Penis Enlargement stuff took a back seat for the past months. More off than on. But I've managed to hold the gains I got early on.

It's time to hit that first goal I set for myself.

I woke up earlier this morning and did a 15 min [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] while in the shower. Did some Jelqing afterwards. Had to run off to work. At work I took opportunities to do some stretching when I was taking a bathroom break. Even did a 'clamped' session for about 10 minutes using my left hand as the clamp. I edged and did some girth squeezes, blasters, compressions etc...

I got the time rotation from one of DLD's threads and I have to say it was great to combat fluid buildup. I hardly had any. A full straight on 20 minutes in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] even without full pressure used to blow me up like a balloon with fluid buildup. I'm definitely going to keep with this split routine when using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words].

I'm totally stoked and really into working my arse off and getting some more gains. It's late and I gotta go crash. Waking up early to get a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] session in the shower.
 
Hey man good routine. I just wanted to say Ive heard it can cause psychosis in males if we dont cum regularly, I noticed I would get really agitated and quickly annoyed when I dont cum for a couple weeks. It does help when you ejaculate with-out the orgasm and after a while you learn to balance the emotions. All I would say is maybe try cumming once a week or every 2 weeks.

Hang in there with the kids man I know I get rushed at times at my house and I have to pause a workout to take care of stuff but the good thing is well always be able to get back to what were doing and we got time on our side. If you have to stop just take a breath and remember that your doing this for you and you will be able to come back. I am struggling with this sometimes is why I say.....

Had the kids a lot this week so it's a bit tough to get on here often.

It's 5am here and I've finally got some time.

But I did kegel the crap out of my PC and had a good evening routine. I used the same routine I did the day before with 5 minutes in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] followed by 5 minutes of clamped girth work. I was pretty sore but I went intense anyway.

I went to the store to try to find Udder Cream but WalMart, Target didn't have it. While I was in WalMart I saw a Cocoa Butter Cream moisturizer and I remembered my wife used a cream with cocaa butter when she was pregnant and she didn't get any stretch marks. From either of her two pregnancies. I've been spreading that on my unit - if anything the skin will feel silky smooth. I also used it to do some jelqing during my girth work.

Off to get some more sleep.

Cocoa butter is supposed to make the skin more elastic and pliable. That's how it combats stretch marks. I don't think it shrinks the skin - makes it softer and more pliable so it can stretch easier without getting the stretch marks. I really don't want them...lol. I already have enough from the months I've been Penis Enlargementing.

Wow I can't believe it's been since the 28th since I've updated.

I've been doing the evening routine every night. I missed one night on account of my kids being up late and I was way too tired to keep my eyes open.

I'm in the middle of a session right now. Before I do any girth work I hold the clamp down to my pubic bone and pull my dick out as far as I can get it. This way the clamp works deeper to the back of my shaft.I'll rotate it a bit as I'm pulling to make sure I get it through as much as I can. While I'm jelqing or even any girth exercise I hold the clamp as tight to my body as I can. Sometimes I'll grab just above the clamp and cut off the blood from heading out and do some squash jelqs pressing hard between my hands. (Right hand is clamping right below the glans). If my glans gets too full and balloons out too much I'll lighten up the pressure and squeeze it to get some blood out. I also do some reverse jelqs - forcing the jelq from the glans toward the clamp. The clamp holds enough that I can build a decent amount of pressure in the base. Works nice.

I tried something new tonight. I clamped down with the ok grip (left hand) just above the clamp. I brought my right hand back for the standard jelq. As I moved my right hand up in the ok grip I pulsed my grip. Starting from intense I did a quick squeeze tighter as I jelqed up toward my glans. I did this about 6 to ten times - depending on how slow I jelqed. So I have intense pressure with a very slow jelq with a press harder/back to hard etc... grip.

After that I [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] for another 5. Then clamped with some edging and girth work. Same thing - jelq's, squashes, squashes with some slight rotations, etc... About 10 min.

I'm working girth right now because that's my weakest point. I'm below average in that dept. I've heard working girth first can make it a problem to later on work length, but I'm shooting for 7x5 right now and I haven't done any lig stretching yet - so I think I can gain in that area. I don't think I've exhausted newbie gains in stretching.

On another note, I've lost a little over 5 lbs in the past 3 weeks - only due to healthier eating. I keep saying I'm going to start a body weight workout program - I actually have one setup. It's just a matter of me starting it - which I will. I've been eating protein so I'm not wasting away muscle, but I know just better eating with less crap calories going in does have some mass loss and not just fat.

Had my son myself last night. I was exhausted and fell asleep the same time he did, so I missed my evening routine.

This morning I got up and threw the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] in the shower and had it on while in there. Then I wear it out of the shower while I shave and brush the chompers, etc... I used to take it off right after the shower but the other day it dawned on me that I can wear it while I got myself ready. So I got a nice pump this morning.
