You can read a more in-depth spiel below if you like, but if you're just browsing, here's the short version - I clamp and dry jelq, and am looking for girth gains. If you have any ideas for me I'd love to hear them.

I'm a fairly experienced Penis Enlargementer, but took a hiatus from the whole thing, and have been intermitently doing the odd session of wet jelqs etc... Only now am I really getting into it again.

As I say, I'm experienced to a degree. I started in October '04, with starting stats of 6.25 BPenis EnlargementL x 5 MSEG. As all newbies do, initially I just wanted size, length, girth, whatever. I ended up about 6 months later with 7.5 BPenis EnlargementL x 5.375 MSEG.

I started up again (properly I mean) sometime in the last month or so. Upon beginning again I was about 7.25 x 5.25.

As the title suggests, I just want girth. I don't care about length, I just want it FAT.

My main workout is thus:

3-4 x 10 mins in the clamp, with TWO clamped horse squeezes to finish each clamping set.

I also dry jelq throughout the day. I can't recommend this enough, the dry jelqing I mean. Every couple of hours I'll dry jelq at ideally about 60-70% engorgement for 10 minutes or so. They leave me very plump and heavy, hanging really well and really bulging in my underoos. I measured after doing them yesterday, and was 5.5 at the midshaft and 5.75 at the base. That's just 10 minutes of dry jelqing, no clamping or anything.

I measured earlier to see what I'm dealing with after my first few weeks back, and was 5.75 at the base, and 5.375 midshaft, so I am gaining. I also got a length of 7.75 :O, but I'm sure that's as far as length is going to go, I really am only in it for the girth at this point.

One of the issues that I'm having is with fluid buildup. Not when dry jelqing, but after my main workout I feel that a lot of the expansion I'm getting post-session is fluid, and not a nicely plumped set of cavernosa. If it isn't going to impede anything then it doesn't bother me, but I'd rather isolate the deep tissue a little more, rather than the skin over it.

Essentially, I'm looking for any tips or ideas that I can use to help me gain girth, just so I'm on a positive track, and I don't end up throwing time down the toilet.

Well keep doing what you do now but add more variation like extra exercises in the clamp sessions such as horse squeezes, and do these for the whole 10 minutes for as often and much as you can. These expand the penis to the MAX when clamped so they will get you that girth with time. Read up on these, just use the search tab at the top and search for [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] and supra slammers and once you understand than try them in the clamp and it will be a much more productive exercise towards your girth gains.

If you own a pump than use that in your clamp sessions because it will help and use wet jelqs either before/after clamping or during the session itself.

Always remain vigilant for fatigue and injury of the penis, because once it gets tired and/or injured than its rest rest rest otherwise your wasting your time.

You've made superb progress, and without a massive routine ... just shows how powerful the contrictors are.

To be honest, I don't see how it works. It seems to be a bend, with a hand clamping the base. I don't really understand no matter how much I read...

As for Supra Slammers, I can't do them! Lol, by that I mean that any excercise that involves edging just doesnt work for me, as I'm on medication that causes me to have a degree of difficulty in having an orgasm. I read about them a looong time ago though, and on a different site, so I'll have another look and see what I can learn.

I'm going to try changing things up next session I think. Maybe 4 clamping sets, but for two of them do horse squeezes throughout the 10 minutes, and for the other two just clamp.

I've had a thrombosed vein before and it's no picnic, so I know the importance of staying safe.

Rest wise, I'm basically resting whenever I don't feel capable of a good workout, but the dry jelqs I do regardless.
 
Pretty good workout Yesterday. My head wasn't in it, but I still did some hard work.

5 x 10 minute clamping sets altogether.

The first, third and fifth I just sat in the clamp and enjoyed the expansion, whereas during the second and fourth sets I did maybe five horse squeezes. By the last set my midshaft was a hair under 6 in the clamp, and immediately above the clamp, 6.5. That's where I get some fluid build-up though, and the skin is a little bunched up.

Out of the clamp afterwards I took some measurements:

BP - 7.75
MS - 5.75
Base - 6

Whammy. Some nice expansion there. I did 10-15 minutes of dry jelqing before I went to bed, and today I'm resting. I'm slipping into a 2 on 1 off schedule which I'm comfortable with. I think that the short sets of dry jelqs throughout the day are a really awesome idea, as they let me maintain an above-normal expansion constantly. If I do a really intense workout like the one I did tonight, I can imagine that my penis is going to want to curl up in a little ball and have a cry, but if I do the jelqing, and keep those cavernosa expanded a little, I feel like I'm more likely to gain. I'm not giving anything a chance to return fully to it's normal size, except when I sleep. I think I'll train my dog to perform rudimentary dry jelqing sets on me while I'm unconscious...

Have been slacking on the dry jelqs, so I've started setting a timer throughout the day so I don't forget. Still clamping on the same routine as above, and thinking of implementing clamped wet jelqs for my last set. We'll see.

My clamp died this evening. Unfortunately, as I only had one, I'm now going to have to wait for a lovely bag of 20 to arrive from the US. In the mean time I'll just keep dry jelqing.

The cock rings are great when I'm dry jelqing, they definitely add to things. As for the no-good piece of shit clamp i got from eBay.... I have to hold it together using sticky tape when I use it, and you really don't want to hear about the 10+ times I stuck my pubes by accident last night...

Anyway, new, black, medium, American, HARDCORE clamps should definitely arrive within the next few days, so my troubles should be over.

Right now, maxed out, I'm pretty much bang on 7.5 BP, and girth is a hair over 5.5. My target right now is 5.75. Like I say, I'm not too bothered about the length right now, and if it hadn't been for my clamp exploding on me, I think I'd be at 5 5/8 by now, but I hadn't been clamping for long enough to not lose some gains from stopping cold turkey. So no, I don't think what I've gained is cemented, but I know that given enough time it will be.
 
My new clamps arrived on monday, so I've been going nuts since then.

I've stopped dry jelqing for the time being, as I've been feeling some soreness and getting some discolouration from it. It's more intense with a ring on.

Clamping is going well, just trying to get back on track. Base girth is consistently at 6", midshaft with a cock ring on is 5 5/8, and without a cock ring on, fluctuates. Length was 7.75 BP after clamping earlier, but generally is 7.5.

I'm not having any discolouration issues out of the clamp that I'm not completely OK with, BUT, in the clamp it's a different matter. I'll clamp for a couple of sets, and I'll start to see a dark patch. No numbness, no discomfort, and it goes when I'm done, but it's like a dark shadow on the topside of my shaft. I'm not worried, as it doesn't seem to have any kind of effect on anything, and isn't there when I'm not in the clamp. Still... I'm a bit wary.
 
Great progress mate, sunds like your back on track. Are you still getting your fluid buildup? I dont know if you have heard this elsewhere but I find the best way to avoid almost all fluid buildup during erect excercises is to edge constantly to keep a really solid erection. I think if you exercise, such as clamp, without being totally, for want of a better word, turned on and hard, for any length of time you will be prone to getting fluid buildup.

The way I get around this is adult entertainment, adult entertainment, adult entertainment, and more adult entertainment! And if you are like me and need to see new things all the time keep an eye on your hard drive space ;) lol

oh....by the way, how are you getting on wearing the latex cock rings all day? Are they comfortable or do they leave you with a deep painful red 'sock' mark? I curtrently use a hair scrunchy with a cut of bit of tights under...all curtasy of my girlfriend. Works good for me without the pain.
