Just thought I'd introduce myself and share a few observations from my initial experience with these exercises.

I have not measured conclusively yet, but the last time I measured out a good one I was 7.8" bpe. Not sure about girth. Starting dimensions are not too important to me, although I will be keeping a weekly log for myself just because it is widely recommended.

I have completed all of two beginner workouts and so far I love it. The basic wet jelqs are damned intense. After all the stretching and rotations, it does take about twice the usual time to become semi-erect in preparations for the 300 jelqs. I think my dick just hates me for hauling on it like that. The PC muscle exercises are fun - I had done a good bit of work previously with some Taoist yoga and ejaculation control so that muscle is in (I think) decent shape for a beginner. I have been able for quite sometime to fully reach orgasm, complete with oversensitivity (damn) afterwards but seal off ejaculation. So the PC regime is more like maintenance, but it's good to do and gives me a great warm feeling down in the taint. I also finish off with a little edging because damn it, it just seems like the right thing to do. Not to mention works a bit of the soreness out.

Some things I have noticed after just two workouts:

1) For about two to three hours after my full workout, my dick wants nothing to do with me. It's kinda sore, and quite frankly feels exhausted like I just spent six hours having sex...only without the swagger of "yeah, I just banged it out for six hours"

2) After those two or three hours it's like a switch goes off and all of a sudden my penis is bigger than before my workout. Not erect or even semi-erect, but seemingly in a state of pre-launch. I can feel the increased circulation. This lasts right through until the next workout, where it promptly tries to hide during the stretching session.

3) I feel like I'm fourteen again - I'm getting so many random boners it's almost embarrassing. But, since my roommate is an obscenely hot 20 year-old with a fantastic pair I'll take it in stride.

4) The stretching sessions kind of hurt the skin before I can feel a good ligament stretch. I am not sure if my grip is off or what, but it's pretty painful. Does this go away? Am I doing it too hard? Is there something I can use that helps ease this?

Overall I'm stoked about this. Not physically seeing any gains, obviously since I have only done two workouts but when I masturbate I can feel an increase in girth and density. It did not initially occur to me that the awesome gains newbies get when they first start hitting the gym can also apply to Penis Enlargement.

Anyway, I'd like to hear some of the regulars' opinions on my observations and questions. Also, thanks to DLD for putting this forum up.

I know the importance of laying down a solid foundation of technique and conditioning before increasing frequency and intensity, so I'm going to be sticking to the very basic of basics, once a day, until I stop seeing gains. This organ is too important to me to risk injury. :cool:

I have only done two official workouts, however at 26 I have what you might call a slightly overactive libido. Despite getting it on a regular basis up until a short while ago I still masturbated around three times a day. Since starting Penis Enlargement, I discovered that my technique was very similar to a jelq. So I guess you could say I've been unwittingly working out since I was about fourteen (which was when I switched to my current grip).

Well, it has been nearly one week since I began the Penis Enlargement program in earnest and 4 days since starting this thread. Took one day off the program the day before yesterday, partly because life happened and I couldn't get ten minutes to myself let alone the time required to properly warm up and run the routine. Also, my dick was feeling pretty sore so I figured a day of rest would be a good idea. Very glad I did because the very next day my penis was raring to go for another couple stretchings and a good jelqing. A few observations to report, one of which is shared with a certain sense of incredulity.

1) Those random boners are still going strong.

2) My sex drive has increased, strangely. It is a different feeling than just being horny all the time. The sensation is akin to back about three years ago when I first started doing super heavy squats in the gym while taking tribulus supplements. The best I can figure is the heavy leg work combined with the trib caused my T levels to increase and I found myself in more of a "hunting" mode than just wanting to mount anything wearing a skirt. This is very similar, and was a pleasant surprise. I have since bought a stress ball to help maintain my composure when this feeling flares up.

3) So far I can get about 3 days' worth of work done before needing to take a rest day. All the edging and jelqing does leave me a little sore by the end of the third day so my program will follow a 3 on, 1 off rhytHydromax until things get stronger and more accustomed to the exercises.

4) Okay, this is the one I'm both delighted about and in a bit of disbelief over. My erect length has increased by about 1/3", and my erect girth has increased by about 1/8". Now, while I can understand why this is happening, it is nonetheless satisfying, encouraging and surprising to see this early on in the game. I expected to see these kinds of gains after maybe a month or two - not in less than a week. My hope is that I'm not one of those poor bastards that gains a ton in the first six months and then plateaus like nothing else for the next six years.

So in conclusion: rest days are a very important part of gaining (at least to me, for now), and I'm seeing great gains. The increase in sex drive is fun but is taking some effort to manage. Oh, and orgasm control is also coming a lot easier. It's requiring noticeably less willpower to keep from blowing, which is a very nice bonus.

Also, I really really need to go pick up some vaseline. I've been using this natural lotion for jelqing and I'm getting kind of sick of my dick smelling like figs all day. So a word to the wise if anyone new to the game out there is reading this before starting their regime: buy vaseline before you start. Figdick is great for about a day, and then the smell starts to wear thin! :p

I'm not sure how many guys out there will understand this difference, but it is something I have noticed over the years. Various things will trigger it - a change in exercise, a change in diet, not getting laid for a long time always does it.

Anyway, that's the best way I can think of to clarify what I said earlier. Hope it helped.

Well I've read up on Game Theory in economics and can honestly say I am almost completely lost. Ec was never my strong point in school. In fact after my initial (unfortunate) experience I have avoided it like the plague.

On a side note, I have finally gotten around to purchasing vaseline. Game Theory is complicated when you read it from that perspective but it is really simple when you think of it in terms of something you want. Lets say you are in a contest and the grand prize is a new Ferrari, everyone in the contest is going for the Ferrari but you are smarter than them, you go for the second prize that no one is shooting for. Your odds of winning have just increased big time. Or you could see it like a big party with men and women. There is one VERY HOT chick there that every guy is going for, you watch these men, their actions, their moves and see that they are all shooting for the hot chick, you go for the 2nd, 3rd or 4th hottest chick, your success in scoring becomes greater with every step down:) In economics it is used the same way.

Small update: had a completely righteous jelqing session yesterday. Found the perfect rhytHydromax, felt like I got a great workout. Had some time to kill a few hours later so I set down to do some edging when I noticed a bruise of all things. Circular, small, but very dark on the top of my penis just before the ridge. I can only imagine this is a fairly common occurrence, but does anyone have any thoughts as to what might have caused this? I am discontinuing my workouts until it goes away even though it already looks better today. I estimate it'll be completely gone in two more days so I can resume my program. All right, back in the saddle after my mini-hiatus due to that weird bruise. It's gone away but I still haven't figured out exactly why it appeared. My best shot I guess is to hope it doesn't happen again.

Update: size overall is consistent, despite adding an extra 50-100 wet jelqs to my workout. Now since doing the workouts regularly, I'm noticing it's not standing up as solidly as it used to despite being about three times harder.
