Just thought I'd introduce myself and share a few observations from my initial experience with these exercises.
I have not measured conclusively yet, but the last time I measured out a good one I was 7.8" bpe. Not sure about girth. Starting dimensions are not too important to me, although I will be keeping a weekly log for myself just because it is widely recommended.
I have completed all of two beginner workouts and so far I love it. The basic wet jelqs are damned intense. After all the stretching and rotations, it does take about twice the usual time to become semi-erect in preparations for the 300 jelqs. I think my dick just hates me for hauling on it like that. The PC muscle exercises are fun - I had done a good bit of work previously with some Taoist yoga and ejaculation control so that muscle is in (I think) decent shape for a beginner. I have been able for quite sometime to fully reach orgasm, complete with oversensitivity (damn) afterwards but seal off ejaculation. So the PC regime is more like maintenance, but it's good to do and gives me a great warm feeling down in the taint. I also finish off with a little edging because damn it, it just seems like the right thing to do. Not to mention works a bit of the soreness out.
Some things I have noticed after just two workouts:
1) For about two to three hours after my full workout, my dick wants nothing to do with me. It's kinda sore, and quite frankly feels exhausted like I just spent six hours having sex...only without the swagger of "yeah, I just banged it out for six hours"
2) After those two or three hours it's like a switch goes off and all of a sudden my penis is bigger than before my workout. Not erect or even semi-erect, but seemingly in a state of pre-launch. I can feel the increased circulation. This lasts right through until the next workout, where it promptly tries to hide during the stretching session.
3) I feel like I'm fourteen again - I'm getting so many random boners it's almost embarrassing. But, since my roommate is an obscenely hot 20 year-old with a fantastic pair I'll take it in stride.
4) The stretching sessions kind of hurt the skin before I can feel a good ligament stretch. I am not sure if my grip is off or what, but it's pretty painful. Does this go away? Am I doing it too hard? Is there something I can use that helps ease this?
Overall I'm stoked about this. Not physically seeing any gains, obviously since I have only done two workouts but when I masturbate I can feel an increase in girth and density. It did not initially occur to me that the awesome gains newbies get when they first start hitting the gym can also apply to Penis Enlargement.
