ok guys as most of you knew i had a sever case of over training.
even though i was still somewhat sore, i took your advice and wet jelqed.

this is my dick after 10 mins of flacid jelqs and 10 mins of 50% jelqs.

I'm not impressive in this pic because my girth isn't expanded to its max but im just posting it to show the glans development from the ULI's I've been doing.

Looks very mean. The veins are comming on great and the head looks very well defined now, the Ulis have done their job.

Keep going for it, you'll overtake me soon enough.

haha the day i would im quitting Penis Enlargement!
In this pic i'm about 16 cm in girth. compared to you so around 3/4" below your minimum 7 girth.

As for the ULI's yes, the routine is GREAT! unfortunately as you know i'd been derailed due to the injury for the past 10 days or so..

i dont know if you can tell but for some reason the right side of the glans is more developed than the left side :s..?:( ?:( ?:( ?:(


im just gonna put on a pump, and show you what i mean as the top view of the cylinder straightens my curve and makes it easier to see.
 
ok here are the pics i just took in the pump.. these pics are after a set of 10 mins of 3-4 hg.. very low pressure. im not fully hard in them as you can see but if you pay attention the right side of the glans is much larger than the left.. can any1 tell me how to correct this?
 
Could be that when you pump it has moved the head in a way that it looks like the right side is bigger? to me it looks normal.

no this is something i see with my dick even without the pump. like the right chambers are bigger, hence i slightly curve to the left.

hey friend.

There are many people here who's girth gains have been much more impressive than mine. Red, for example. My girth hasn't come over night, and its come little by little, but i truely enjoy girth work, whereas length work, i hate, and as you can see I havent made much headway in the length department.

I do my ULI's as outlined in this thread:

clamping is a very sure way to solid girth gains, but it can be very intense so you have to make sure you're conditioned to it. a routine that got me a huge girth increase in jus months is as follows:


50 slow jelqs at about 70-80% erect each lasting 5 seconds

10 slow jelqs at about 90% errect, each lasting 10 secs, very slow and intense force blood all the say down and stop right before your glans.

10 ULI + 5 Sqeezes. such that after every 2 ULI u do a squeeze. Keep in mind each ULI consists of 5 to 10 squeezes. So do a kegel, grip ULI, pump forward 10 times.. then kegel again, and clamp at the base with your grip and do another 10 forward pumps with your grip. then do a squeeze that lasts 10 seconds or more.



lets call the combination of these ONE BLOCK.


now doing the ULI/squeezes, put some quality adult entertainment so that ur as hard as u can get... kegel and put on a clamp... leave it on for 10-15 mins.. depending on how conditioned u are... but dont leave it.. watch adult entertainment and Edge.



after ur clamp time is done, do another BLOCK, and then another clamp session for 10 mins... and a third block, and a last clamp session.


now do 100 relatively quick and light jelqs to restore circulation and apply hot wrap or take a hot shower, hot bath etc. and ur done.


do this 5 times a week.. i guarantee ur gonna gain maddd girth

I am very conditioned to me now, i have been doing it for over a year now, gains have come good, i used to be 5.5 by 4.5 sumat like that, im now 7.5 by 5. As you can see my girth is slow and has been or ages. I look at all these 8 9 and 10 inch dicks and it drives me mad coz i want one sooooo bad lol.

So ONE Uli you do 5 to 10 squeezes on that one Uli? I have been clamping the base of my dick with a cockring, getting is hard. Then i add abit of vasline on then i Squeeze the base of my dick tight, then i move my hand doing the Uli up towards my head slowly. Once i get 1 maybe 2inch near the head i stop hold the Uli there then kegel then squeeze, holding it for 20 seconds or so..... is this the correct way to perform a Uli as you do it?

Also do you do your Uli's clamped?

All that you explained, do you do this routine after each other or do you split it up over the course of the day? What would work better?

Once i hit 8" and see abit of girth increase i will be sooo happy coz it just isnt happening for me at the moment and im starting to doubt! i dont want to give up coz i love doing Penis Enlargement, i cant wait to get home and do it. Just need to see that gain!

well, don't doubt. Doubting will only make your gains slower.

umm the ULI you're doing is not exactly how I do it, or rather how ULI intended it. Basically kegel as much blood in as you can, and grib at the base of your dick, with an over hand grip (pinki pointing towards the glans and palm facing the floor) and push the blood with ur tight grip towards the glans. your hand should move an inch or so and the blood engorgement should be such that you cant go any further than this.

you hold for one second, then, while still maintaining the grip you back off the pressure and then pump the blood again towards the head and repeat till you've done this 5 to 10 times. this is one ULI.


I do all the BLOCKS together. At the moment I'm just following a simple AM/PM routine and am not doing the blocks.

I have never done them split to be able to comment on what's better.

and no I do not use a clamp when doing the ULI's... purely manual work.

As you move foward pushing the blood to head, do you need to use the other hand not in action to form the clamp grabbing the base of the dick while the other hand is performing the Uli?

Also when you say pinki pointing towards head. does this mean that your thumb and index finger are face down on the base of the penis and the little finger is in the air pointing towards the head of the penis? Kind of like the reverse style to the Jelq?

well the time i dont really know but roughly an hour.

and yes your definition of the grip is correct. you CAN use your other hand as a base clamp while using the other to pump up blood, but its unneccessary as it will tire out ur grip. after one or two ULI's you need to switch your grip and theres no point doint this two handed.

Well, I'm not a pumper, I pump very seldom and before sex to get a boost. but i see this lop sidedness to my dick when i compare the left and right sides... it seems the left chambers are shorter/smaller than the right ones... if that makes any sense.

My head is naturally like that. I too sometimes have the impression that one side is smaller than the other, but that's really only because it kind of bend. Next time you have an erection, "straighten" it with your fingers, you'll see that both sides have the same dimensions.

I have done this. and still the glans has a different dimension. I'm at work right now so its not THAT proper to take an erect picture now, :p, but once i get home i will take a birds eye view of the glans, so you can see the difference in size.

i think you're right, i think my right side has been getting a better work out, maybe because of my grip?
 
very interesting approach @ Vaseline. looks like i might follow that method i used to wet jelq 3 years ago. and then i dont even jelq anymore barely saw a gain. and then when i got stressed out it seems my dick shrunk! or something, never under estimate what stess can do. but anyway i noticed with jelqing i got girth, which im not after as much as length.

yes I know stress is a great anti gain factor. that and lack of sleep.

I personally got close to two inches of length gains from jelqing.. granted i havent gotten any length gains for 2 years now.. =(... but jelqing gave me all the length gains I ever got.
