WEll I started up school again and I do have enough time to put in 2 Shism Streak Routines a day, but I will probably enhance the routine to that stage when October 1st hits. So in 1 week I will be doing 2 times the amount of pe I usually do..... So It eventually adds up to 2 months work into 1 month. I might even enhance more after that and make it 3 times a day :dropjaw: . Im just conditing my hands so they get rougher and will be able to handle it. :biggun:

Note : I made this routine due to the fact I usually don't have that much time so I separated into times during the day and night that I do. Also Ive been sleeping at 2:00 am in the morning or later and I'm going to start sleeping at 12:00 instead maybe change it to 11:00 pm but then ill have to change my routine....Also Their is a primary muscle involved in Penis Enlargement its called the Brachialis not the bicep its a muscle correlated to the elbow joint which is used alot in Penis Enlargement or well I use it alot for V - Stretching



Here is the info I found about this muscle and its proof about it .
The brachialis becomes more readily activated during isometric elbow flexion. During a dynamic elbow flexion, the biceps is more readily activated than the brachialis. (Tax et al., 1989)

Pe is isometric which means pushing or pulling a immovable object. NOW WHO SAID THAT BECOMING STRONGER DOESN"T HELP. Well,no one here knew about the direct muscle which is used for Penis Enlargement !

NOTE : While In florida I was sleeping around 11:00 pm to 12:00 am but here in nj Im sleeping like at 2 in the morning while in Florida I got taller by .25 so Im going to start sleeping at 10:00 eventually. Since their is alot more hgh during sleep. Also,Tommorrow (Friday) I will be starting the v 2.0 and plan to stick to it. I also will not measure till October 16 If I have gained by then I will post updated pics.
 
Of thanks red , oh ya and I stopped the routine for a while It starts backup on Friday which is Routine day lol... I actually moved measuring date to November 1st thanks everyone wont be updating for another week
 
Hey mate what are
- 20 Shaz-TOW just below glans
- 20 Shaz-TOW in mid-shaft
- 20 Shaz-TOW at base
 
TOWS are Tug of war streches.

1.With left hand Grab under glans
2.with right hand grab anywhere else on the penis
3.Pull penis with left hand staight out
4.Pull penis with right hand in the opposite direction :)

WOW been a while lol I recently have had a huge cut in time and have done 0 routines >:( ya ya I know IM AM NOW BACK ...... Im also pretty dissapointed since I noticied that Ive lost some length. I didn't measure but I could tell.

It seems I have to change my routine schedule again to meet my time needs

btw This is Shism and My other sn got fucked up because of my e-mail thing deleted my e-mail account and I lost my long ass password

Ill be posting the new schedule once I found out my working schedule

hey guys !!!! ........ Ive been pretty much doing the same routine. I now do them while watching anime (it entertains me) haha. Well it seems I might be posting my streching here again so ill keep you guys updated... I havent checked my size but it looks like I gained more
