Well I modified my routine to include lig streching and now its.


3 30 sec downward lig strech and 3 30 sec upper V strech

3 30 sec lig strech and 3 30 sec mid v strech

3 30 sec lig strech and 3 30 sec lower mid v strech
 
Well not much to say but flaccid looks longer for sure .... Ive been doing my pe non stop and havent missed a day and feb 30 ... I will post any gains.
