It used to be Fluffers but now it products like Viagra which are used more and more. We have become a chemically depended society.
 
I really don't think this guy pumps - he has no tell-tale signs of it whatsoever.

I doubt its a surgical dick.
He's too lean to have any fat injected, and defiantely doesn't look like he has any dermal grafts in there either.

Freaks of nature always exist. We have guys who are 3 feet tall, and guys who are almost 8 feet tall, and with the same token we have guys with 1/2 inch penises, and we have on the other end of the spectrum guys like shane. Its hard to believe because of the texture of it... If you look at an actual picture its lumpy and the texture is no where near smooth, this is a side effect of the girth surgurys.

They inject OR layer fat strips from your body or artificial and sometimes they dont grow in correctly or sit correctly If you read up on it on medical sites/etc, it will be quite obvious.
