Hello all. I'm from India and I'm 18 years old.
My History:
In the past, I have been overweight and never very good at sports. I noticed that my penis is way below average is terms of girth, so I googled "Penis Enlargement"
I found www.pegym.com, and since it was free, I joined it.
It gave me hope. I started JP's 90 Day Beginner's Routine and for the first couple of weeks my EQ and horniness shot up rofl

However, I never really made any super gains. Why?

-Spoardic Routines.
-Lack of discipline
-Study, study and more study. I hate school.>:(
-God damned nosy mom and dad, who discovered I do Penis Enlargement<:( However, they don't seem to mind too much.

I was disheartened, but I was positive that Penis Enlargement actually works, and I didn't give up. I designed a better routine after reading the signs from my body and incorporated dry jelqing. But I made a mistake - I gave up wet jelqing, thinking it was too intense.

I've been browsing the 3 "big" Penis Enlargement forums: [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words], pegym and thundersplace. I've been trying to read as much as I can.
I started DLD's [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] on Jan 1st, 2010. It seems promising. I haven't seen any gains though. I think I am a slow gainer.
I know I need to stay dedicated.

I have several questions

-How many days on/off
-Warm down or cool down, or perhaps both?
-Why can't I "feel" some of the jelqs/stretches? It's not that I'm doing them wrong, I just can feel or see any expansion/pressure.
-Am I overtraining or undertraining?

To get the answers to all my questions, I will have to spend a long time experimenting and switching routines. I am afraid I cannot do that right now, with my final exams around the corner.
As I am 18 and not earning yet, I need to wait till I'm older to order the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] or the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words]. As soon as I get the cash, I'm getting them.

GOALS:

More girth. Simple enough. It doesn't matter how much. I just need more.
I go to college in 5-6 months. I am aiming for atleast 1/2'' in girth and possibly, length, by then.
I need to create a proper routine, and I need to stick with it.
If it doesn't work, well then I'll just come back here and hit you guys up.

So after a long layoff, I decided to kickstart a non-existent routine.
Last night, I tried the DLD Blasters for the 1st time. It will take some more practise till I learn how to do it efficiently.
10 min warm-up
12 mins of wet jelqing
5 mins of dry reverse jelqing
5 min warm-down

Tonight I shall do the stretches from DLD's [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words], along with the jelqs I did last night.
I was following a 2 on 1 off routine earlier. This time I shall not take too many rest days. I shall Penis Enlargement everyday and see what happens.
Guess I am still in the experimental stage now.
As you can see, I am very, very confused at this point of time. Any help appreciated.
 
Penis Enlargement can be confusing in the beginning stages especially with all the opinions, exercises, routines and theories. My advice is to keep it simple, just like the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] Phases are set up.

Yeah, I'll just follow the phases now.
I was reading through all the exercises here, and boy, am I excited! I feel hopeful.

Day 2:
10 min warm-up
DLD Blasters
Dry reverse jelqs - 5 mins
Wet jelqs with OK grip and pincer grip - 12 mins
5 mins warm down

I shall keep going till my penis feels fatigued, and then I shall take a rest day.
 
Now it's confirmed. I am a fucking idiot. I got the basics all wrong!


MY MISTAKES:


- Got the basics wrong. Stretching wasn't done properly, ligaments were not worked enough!
- I replaced Wet Jelqs with Dry Jelqs! Wrong move.
- I reduced the number and intensity of my jelqs( 3 sets of 30 - no good at all)
- I started experimenting too much with warm down/cool down. For now, I will stick to warming down only.

MY NEW ROUTINE:

100 quick Kegel squeezes

50 of the following:
Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete.

Warm Down

Testicle Health Massage

So the concept of lesser amount of jelqing, did not turn out to be fruitful for me. 600 jelqs is the way to go
 
Day 1:

Did 2 sets of DLD's stertching, followed by some reverse dry jelqs for base girth.
Then I did 300 wet jelqs. Got decent expansion!
I'm going to do 300 jelqs for 2 weeks, then increase the reps to 600.
Did the warm down and the testicle health massage. Balls get bigger with the massage - that is so neat.
 
Day 2:

Again, 2 sets of stretching followed by some reverse dry jelqs.
Then I did 300 wet jelqs.
I was slightly sore afterwards.

I am having a few problems with stretching:

- When I grip behind the glans, it gets sensitive and red<:(
-I don't really feel any 'pull' or 'tug' at the ligs when I stretch, especially when i am stretching straight out and up.
-If I pull too hard, my hands hurt
-If I pull lightly, I don't feel a stretch.

That was yesterday.
Today, I am going to do the stretching. But I am not sure about jelqing. Should I jelq everyday, like I stretch? Or should take a break after every 2 days? Not sure.
 
How is routine going scythw? From reading here, it is easier to gain length than girth. Ask DLD whether it would be better to concentrate on length then girth, or both at the same time.

It's been a week and I haven't missed a single workout yet.
I am happy that I have finally found a routine and by god, I will stick to it.

Hey man. Thanks for the encouragement. I am actually quite honoured that you, a Penis Enlargement legend, have posted here. That is motivation enough for me.

Day 4:

2 sets of stretching, and finally I felt the 'pull' at the ligs. I kept altering my grip so I could also feel the tug when I stretched Straight Out and Straight Up.
After stretching I did another warm-up for 10 mins and it felt really good.

Then I did 100 dry reverse Jelqs
Followed by 300 Wet Jelqs.
Finally I did a warm down for 5 mins
and then the testicle massage

Had a good workout.
 
Day 5:

2 sets of stretching. Got a nice pull at the ligs again.
After stretching, I did another warm-up for 10 mins and god damn, it felt nice!
Then I did 300 wet jelqs and got some nice expansion.
Followed that with a warm-down and the testicle health massage, did some balooning afterwards.
Woke up with a nice, plump flaccid.
 
Day 6:

Rest day for girth. I intend to stretch everyday, and so I did today as well.
After stretching I did a warm-down for 10 mins, followed by the testicle health massage. Got my nuts nice and loose.
I followed that with some balooning and it was a great workout. I woke up today with a nice boner, and had a decent flaccid hang the rest of the time. Things are going well.
 
Day 7:

10 mins warm up
2 sets of stretching
Another 10 min warm up
300 wet jelqs
testicle health massage
5 min warm down

I had a bit of vodka today as my final exams begin tomorrow and I wanted to chill.
But I did something very bad. I smoked 5 cigarettes! Damn.
It didn't cause any EQ problems, I guess it is more psychological than physiological.
I am not addicted to smoking, but I do like to have an occasional fag once in a while to clear my head.

Anyway, apart from that, I get decent plumpness during jelqing. It lasts for sometime but quickly goes away.
When I wake up, I do experience morning wood, and I have a nice flaccid hang, which lasts for an hour. But then it goes away.
I guess that's a good sign, and my 'hang time' shall increase with Penis Enlargement time.
 
I am slightly confused regarding the warm down.
Should I warm down or cool down?
People at the pegym advocate using a cool down to improve flaccid hang, however Phase I involves a warm-down.

Another observation: The reason I never made gains in the past is simply because I never stuck to a routine for more then 2-3 weeks. I would get frustrated and simply quit.

Cold down are still on the experimental table, it has not been explored enough to make a definitive judgement on it's effectiveness. Try either and see what works for you best.
 
Day 8:

What an awesome workout I had!
Got a nice new porno to edge to!

10 min warm up
Then did 2 sets of stretching.
After that I did the re-warm up while watching the porno.
I got a nice boner, so before jelqing I took a quick rough measurement and I think I have made my first gains.
I seemed to be +0.25' longer, though that could be better EQ. I am not sure. I won't measure till day 14.

Then I did the 300 jelqs and damn, did that feel good!
Then I started ballooning for nearly half an hour, alternating between kegels and reverse kegels.
FOr the 1st time, I could go for half an hour. I certainly have made progress.
My PC muscle seems stronger too.
The down side is that after half an hour I couldn't hold back any longer and I ejaculated.
So I guess I should term it as edging, not ballooning.

Followed up by 10 min warm down and the testicle health massage.
 
Day 9:

Off day for girth, so I did the warm up
Then I did 2 sets of stretches
Then I did a 10 minute warm down,
followed by the testicle massage.

I was browsing through the Premature Ejac forums the other day and I noticed that while edging/masturbating, people reported that if they relaxed their pc Muscle instead of contracting it, then they were able to control their PONR more adequately.
I decided to give it a shot.
So I fired up "Where The Boys Aren't - 17 XXX" on my iPod, and started jerking it nice and slowly, simultaneously relaxing my PC muscle.
As I had anticipated, I did not come even close to the PONR, yet I was able to maintain my erection for 30 mins.

I had always had a problem with 'holding it in' when I used to jerk off, but now I think I have finally found the solution.
So from now on, no more kegels during edging/ballooning.
Reverse Kegels is the shit!
