That last link shows just how motivated I was earlier on. I started over at the CheekyCheery site back in 2003 and I've been a member of the forum here since Nov. 2004. So I have been lurking and on occasion posting on the site. I've been trying to keep up with everything going on here at [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] but I've been busy with school.

Either way, I will keep you all posted on my progress. Check the previous posts and let me know what you think!

later today, I'm going do a set or 2 of lazy asses on a heating pad to get a nice stretch for my 3rd set of basic stretching. I'm also currently going to do 50 5-second kegels later.

I figure I'll keep posting on here so that everyone can critique it and keep the motivation going. I figure this can help myself and others to learn through my struggles and success with Penis Enlargement.

alright here are my measurements, I took them at around 8:25 tonight:

I had a bit of trouble with my Erect Girth measurements. They fluctuate at times when I'm erect. I have a 2 inch difference in the top of my dick than at my base. Hopefully some dry jelqs can fix that up. Let me know if there are any other girth exercises I should look into.

I'm going to re-read the LOT theory post to see if I can alter my plan. For now I'm going to continuously stretch.

A lot of info I know, but I do this for myself and the benefit of others. I was searching the site and found that A-stretches, Bundled stretches and V-stretches work the tunica. I also found out that the Tunica stretches lossen that sheath around the Corpus Carnevosa to better allow girth gains. I thought they were just an alternative to stretches which target the ligaments. I have incorporated the stretches to my left and right so that I can hit the lateral ligaments.

Here are my ultimate goals. I want to reach the goals listed below in my signature. Furthermore, I want to change my leftward-curving penis. I suspect that this is from a stronger grip in my right hand but I could not change the positioning of it. I gain so much easier on my right chamber and I have a feeling that this is hindering my overall length gains. My girth gains, however, are really amazing. I have gained a lot since I started back in 2004 but there's a 2 inch difference in circumference between the top and base of my shaft. I want to at least bring the difference down to 1-0.5" in the future so that I have a pretty thick cock. 8 inches in length for me is a great size yet 8.5 is unimaginable to me right now.

I hope to condition my dick for a month with DLD's phase 1. I know it's a good starting place because it helped me gain 0.5 inches 2 years ago. I was up to 7.5 inches BPenis EnlargementL then. I was naive and pressed on the ruler a bit because I had an upward curve and thought that was the true length. I may not of lost anything after all, but I have gained girth. Throughout the past year since I last posted, I have done clamping exercises with the ratcheting clamps that you can pick up at Wal-mart and the like. I did 15 minutes of edging with them while watching adult entertainment and I think that's what developed my base so well. Now that I have Tunica stretches such as the bundled stretch, I can incorporate them into my routine after conditioning.

If anyone has any suggestions, please voice them, I feel like I'm the only one posting on this. Give me some ideas on how to work the tunica's into my routine. Until then, have a great weekend.
 
Ok, so much for taking off this weekend, I'm addicted to Penis Enlargement now. I think it was this week that made me realize that I can do anything that I put my mind towards. I know it's Idealistic but in the same rate, I want to get a bigger dick so that I feel more confident and I have a bit of bragging rights. I think I'll keep going through the weeks to come without a rest, except maybe on Sundays or Saturdays. I want to keep going with this for another month to condition my cock. I may continue because I feel that the stretches are very important in gaining length and are one of the main things I've slacked on in the past. I have tight ligaments and continuous stretching will loosen them up. I suspect I'll gain a half-inch from this program and I won't stop until I do.

I was wondering about this concept. I frequent a lifting forum were some of the bodybuilders (some of which have degrees and pH.D's in weight lifting) advocate switching your exercises every 2-3 weeks to prevent the acclimation of your muscles with the resistance training. The exercises are switched but each one handles a specific muscle groups. I know that your dick isn't a muscle, but I wonder if this idea can apply to stretching ligaments and the stress on your tunica and CC chambers. I could see, as an example, someone changing manual A-stretches to using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words] and vis versa to change up the resistance on your dick for a week or 2. I also want to check out some things about how gymnasts stretch and try to incorporate their tips on stretching into my workout. These are things that I've been ruminating over for the past year but haven't had the time to pursue. I'll keep you posted on what I find.

This whole week since Monday was pretty much as joke. I tried to do some Penis Enlargement on Friday and it failed because I just didn't have the motivation. Saturday and Sunday were rest days. I did my routines on Tuesday and Wed. but they were truncated and not worth posting on Friday I did about 10 minutes of stretching or about 2 sets of stretching that I do normally and 300 jelqs.​

Hey, Thanks jqsderrida, I just purchased the Autoextender MaxVac. I figured since I already have a Vimax, I can use this as a substitute since the other noose style holder hurts after about 15 minutes which prevents an adequate stretch. I like the idea of suction and I figured that this would work the best for me without bothering the nerve sensitivity of my head. I finally have some cash, so I figured this would be a good investment. After all, who knows if I can make back my cash a adult entertainment star or something. :)

Long time no post. I'm still here, but I've been too busy doing Penis Enlargement, schoolwork and things for my fraternity that I haven't posted in a while. I guess it's going on 2 weeks or more. Either way about about 2 weeks back, I received an Auto-extender "Modified VacExtender" package. I checked the site recently and they must have updated their package because I received different sheaths and elastic bands. Either way, I am throughly impressed as I have begun hanging weights off of it.
I feel that there is power in the adage "less is more" so I'm deciding to hang just 5 lbs of weight at varying intervals of time. i found that beyond 20 minutes, my glans goes cold so I have kept the stretch times short. I am trying to see if there is a ratio between the time spent and weight hung from your penis that may help to increase gains. I wonder if you equate a ratio between weight or time, you may gain and that ratio may increase over time because of the acclimation of our ligaments to stress. I'm going to do some experiments and see how this works out. I'll see if I have the time available in the future with classes ending. For the past week and a half I did the Monday and Thursday routine Monday through Friday.
Oh, and here's my new routine.

Monday and Thursdays
20-30 minutes of hanging 5 lbs. with 5-10 minute break in between
20-30 minutes of 2 second jelqing

Tuesdays and Wednesdays
20-30 minutes of hanging 5 lbs. with 5-10 minute break in between
10-15 minutes of clamping or 10-20 of girth exercises focusing on my upper shaft and overall

I did a session this past Saturday where I did the DLD Double Forced Jelq Bends. Haven't done those in a while but my dick grew a half inch from them a while back.
Sustained effort and smart, simple routines are going to be my key to success. I don't have time to spend on Penis Enlargement so I want to make the routines as concise and succinct as possible.
