there is one guy on another forum site who gained a inch in length and a inch in girth in a year almost not doing much of any Penis Enlargement exercises. But he edge daily and he was increasing his time of each session gradually. He does 60 minutes daily and he bust every 3rd session. I think its to do with keeping your penis hard for long periods of time which is keeping the internal chambers of the penis engorged for longer and in time this helps with bigger size, like how clamping works.

I've been edging a while and can tell you it WILL increase your size if done correctly. I always edge before any Penis Enlargement workout that doesn't involve stretching. you have to do what I call, "plateauing the pleasure" and that is basically coasting and just floating at the PONR and keeping a steady stimulation that allows your pc muscle to not spazz and blow a nut, or you can do something like doing a stroke every 3 seconds, whatever is necessary to keep you from blowing but keep you at the PONR.
