So after a long layoff from pe I decided to start again.
I'm now 7.7" bpel and 4.85" mid shaft girth.

My goal is to at least get to 5.5 inch girth, I'm quite satisfied with my length and don't feel the need to gain more so I will focus on girth work exclusively :)

My routine for now will consist of:

repeat 2-3 times.

2 days on, 1 off.

daily kegels, mostly the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] for now (100 fast squeezes, 50 5 second, 1-2 as long as I can hold).
 
First session today

Got about an inch expansion after the session and some fluid build up.
 
good session i think youare way to close to8 inches in lenght why don u try to gain half an inch you could get that in a month or something

Thanks! Well I like to focus on one goal at a time. And I was thinking that perhaps over time I may gain just a bit more length from the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] alone. But maybe in due time I will add some stretches to get to that 8 inch ;)
 
Why don't you incorporate an exercise into your warmup that will benefit your length and girth? Try bundled stretches! They make the tunica more malleable, increasing expansion and promoting permanent girth gains, while the stretching action hits your length hard.

I myself have acheived a notable increase in girth and length of the few months I have utilised it!

Just read up on it and it does seem like a good addition. I will give it a try today :)
 
Was still quite sore from yesterdays workout today so I decided to skip on the manual work and just do two [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] sessions of about 7-10 min each.
Tomorrow I'll do some heavy manual work again!
 
Looks like a good workout for girth. I see that you are getting excellent post girth workout of an inch, that is amazing and will bring the gains you want very quickly. I guess you just need to find the best schedule that will allow for good workouts and decent rest. For me, after a girth session, I usually need 24 hours of rest before the next.

I have started and stopped pe 2 times already in the past.
I thought: this time I'm going to keep a log and really keep on it until (and after) I reach my goal.

My life also allows for pe a little more due to a less hectic schedule and a bit more private time.

Well the 3rd time is a charm. Keep posting, no matter what, and we can keep you motivated and inspired. Consistency is so important to gaining and I have always found that staying active on the forum keeps me training as I should. It is hard to miss a routine when so many others are making it.

Expansion was a bit less this time but still good. Got to about 5.3 inch after session with a little bit of fluid build up.

Hmm, my penis is a bit numb since my last girth session. A sort of dull all over numbness it's not too bad but I think I'm going to give it a rest for today. Reading up on it now.

That slight numbness is usually due to tunica expansion, which is a good sign. It should let up within 24 hours.

The numbness was gone today. But I've just started a diet and was taking ephedrine today which totally killed my libido.
So manual work was not really working but I did 2 [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] sessions of 15 min each. Expansion also faded pretty rapidly afterwards and penis was a bit shrunken and 'bloodless' all day.

Gonna just take one dose of EC tomorrow morning and see if my libido is back by the evening, if it's not I'm just gonna stop taking it entirely.
