That's good news then for the pistachios. I would eat them anyway even if they did nothing for my EQ, but since I know now that they can effect my EQ, I will keep that in mind when ever I go to the store. Thanks brother LIGHTNING.:)

As I sit here and finish this bag of Pistachios, I was wondering, has anyone else tried the diet? I had really good erections while I was on it but stopped for a while and still had good erections. Any feedback?

I have planned to try but forgot to them every time I had the chance, but will do. Tho I'm going to stick to a smaller intake (50g per day) to reduce costs.

Almost forgot to post back on this. I had a 2oz pack of the kernels(salted) and had a slight increase in libido, but didn't try to get an erection to see how it held up.
Was a while since I had them and almost forgot how good they were. Pretty addicting w/ salt.
 
Yea bra maybe I'm also sensitive. I'm allergic to almost any nut, pistachios not so much. Helps that they taste sort of like Ritz to me.
Do muscles have alot to do with? I'm not jakd but I did use to deadlift 200#

Do muscles have a lot to do w/ what? Generally the bigger you are the more of something you need, but depending on what it is even the same dosage can affect a wide range of people.
 
yes, it does. More muscles need more calories and more specific nutrients (more protein, more fatty acids, vitamins etc.). That's why I mentioned it.
 
It's just mixed w/ malic acid in a ratio of either 1:1 / 2:1. Citrulline being the dominant mixture. Malic acid just helps w/ energy/fatigue.
It doesn't really have any positive effects w/ sex. Just overall endurance if someone is the type to be acrobatic in the bedroom. Picking a girl up, doing the windmill w/ her or juggling 2-3 girls @ the same time. Then it could have a benefit.

Right now I had a bunch of medium-boiled whole eggs, the statistics are solid Nutritional Info: Egg, whole, cooked, hard-boiled

Not as good as pistachios, but solid across the board, only huge difference is cholesterol, whereas nuts have none. There's mixed views on whether cholesterol is effective for optimal EQ. I mean of course it's better than no nutrition, which will produce low EQ, but I have to test this out now if it's a superfood at all for optimum EQ.

yeah i havent done alot of research on it, i just heard that alot of people were taking citruline for bodybuilding purposes with not much result, but better results with the added malate. i thought it would be the same for p.e. aswell. if the malic acid is good for fatigue, would it therefore be good for longer girth workouts?

Doubt it. It has anti-inflammatory properties and benefits in relation to lactic acid. I don't know about lactic acids benefits to penile smooth muscle, if any.

60-70(w/ shell) I would assume. k18 posted a few. Watermelon can help as well and is probably the best out there.

Beet juice mixed w/ watermelon. Both very potent for erectile function.
 
It will be less noticeable, but you still might notice a difference pre or post erection. You might have slightly better ability @ keeping erection though (more geared towards PDE5i's).
 
i might just get the citruline and see if i notice anything. i dont have any issues with eq though so it will be purely out of curiosity

Kinda, I had a physical round the same time I was eating a shit ton of stashios and my bad cholesterol was too high. Subsequently, I cut them out plus other fats, save for eggs, and while it's still high/ it's now on the safer side of high.
 
I'll say that I'm 22 and eating pistachios daily has improved my EQ noticeably. So if they can help a guy in his prime, an older man would probably see a lot of benefit from them.

You know. I'm sure you could make a bit of money. Place it next to the condoms @ a quiktrip or something other. Like a 5hour energy drink, but a sex drink or something like the size of a sugar packet.
 
i just started eating pistachios b/c my whole foods is selling them already shelled!! HELL YEAH!!! MY EQ is great so don't know if i will see a change but they are a tasty snack anyways lol. before someone goes eating pistachios for better EQ make sure your overall diet is good. full of whole foods and well balanced in macro and micronutrients. this alone will likely help EQ. Add pistachios to it and BAM!!! I'd recommend supplementing with vit. D, EPA & DHA either from high quality fish oil or algae then you can mix in the arginines, citrulines, horny goat weed or whatever you want. just don't do it all at once lol. take small steps and see what helps.

exercise is best for EQ in most cases.

Pistachios make the best nut for making Pesto for pasta. Try the regular recipe with pistachios instead of pine nuts...crazy delicious.

i never even knew pesto had nuts in it. using pistachios instead sounds interesting i might have a go at making some!
