they are possible. as i've said somewhere on this forum, over a year ago i gained about 0.2-0.3 in permanent length and also a little girth but it was specifically right around under the glans area which is still visible to this day, but as far as i know i did not gain anywhere else.

this was mostly from a kegel specific routine which consisted mostly of manually(hand) clamped kegel holds and some RK's for a little over a few months, but i think i may have exhausted those gains at that time because my kegeling expansion strength was not as powerful and hard after those small gains but there may be more to that at this moment i'm unsure

Awesome to hear. It only makes sense that the stronger your pelvic floor muscles become the more b mood that can be held in the penis. Consistent increases in blood to the penis will cause enlargement. Not as fast as other methods but I definitely see the potential with Kegels and now you have confirmed that.

erect stretching is as important as any other exercise in PE and it has its own benefits that can be found no where else. The gap between BPFL and BPEL can be wide, sometimes over an inch. Erect stretching stretches the penis while hard to compensate for this gap and with time and proper effort the gap will close. Basically you become 100 percent erect and stretch straight out, full intensity for 10 minutes 2-3 times a week. In the 10 minutes get as many stretches in as you can.

Peyronies can be cause be injury, injury is caused from pushing too far too fast without conditioning and warm up/downs, so long as your listening to your body, taking it slow and ensuring your gathering all the knowledge that you can then your not likely to have any problems.

No, Peyronies disease comes from extreme trauma to the penis. Im guessing your focus is on both Length and girth?

my main goals are length and foreskin restoration. one day i would like my ligs to stand out, have a longer shaft and more base girth from stretching and pulling inner penis out, and also hopefully have foreskin covering at least some of the head. right now since i'm cut my foreskin circ line is a bit above the middle of my shaft.

as for girth my goals are to expand the corpora cavernosa and corpus spongiosum and stretch out the tunica, both specifically in the region between my base and middle of my shaft because that's where the smallest girth is. the length exercises should help in that regard as well. ar far as i know at this point, erect bends might help with this region, and perhaps horse squeezes and isolated compression squeezes. we'll see as i continue exercising and researching. if DLD or anyone has any other advice based on this specific location please let me know

I gotcha.....what made you want to restore your foreskin? I've heard of other guys wanting to do the same but never thought to ask.

I notice zero difference in sensation except for feeling the skin kinda 'fold' up and back during sex (I'd ask my SO if she feels anything 'different', but I don't want to give her any inkling that I'm doing anything with my business down there)

How's the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] causing skin to restore? Sounds like it's stretching your skin more than anything Schwanz.

In pumping that would be a side effect of the expansion. I too was able to reclaim about 25% of my foreskin, but I also made tremendous gains.
