After reading up on your post (DLD) about fast and slow gainers, I realize my cock can handle a bit more intensity. Gonna try more super setting and applying more force during my stretches but overall getting more intense with my routine.

Awesome to hear. I think many men think that their routines are intense enough, being too careful, which slow the gaining process. We have to be honest with ourselves and our bodies in the sense that if we can go with more intensity do so, complacency will always result in complacent accomplishments.
