As many of you are aware, I had started a ULI routine around 2 months ago.

I was however forced to stop after an intense clamp session which gave me a sore dick for about a week.

After recovering from that I started jelqing, and clamping and the occasional pump session for sex. I included ULI's in my routine but didnt follow the AM/PM method.

On thursday, August 17th, as I was returning to canada on a plane, I went to the washroom to pee and decided to do some manual stretches.

I was almost completely flacid but for a good grip i always kegel a small amount of blood into the glans and it's always been fine. This time however, I noticed my hand was bloody. Thinking its from a cut on my finger I washed my hand, put on my pants and went back to my seat. A couple of hours again I did the same thing and this time I noticed the blood was comming from my dick. from the 'pee hole'.

I was freaked out and massaged my dick a bit and went back to my seat.

Friday, I inspected my dick and everything looked fine. I guess 24 hours of rest is enough for a damaged vein?... so I started Penis Enlargement'ing and everything was perfect, I even clamped with no problem. but when I did the leg over leg cross, after feeling the immense pressure build up in the glans i saw a tiny drop of blood come out of the 'pee hole'.

i unclamped and massaged it. I had no errection difficulties as I got head an hour or two later.

saturday I rested completely, as I did Sunday, even though sunday I got head, twice. (the girl's on her period). again no problems.


Today I woke up, did 300 jelqs, at medium to high intensity, and then jumped in the shower... after 15 mins of hot water I came out and decided to do just a couple of ULI's.

but right after the first ULI, i felt a tingle in my dick, followed by a couple of drops of blood comming out.



Has this EVER happened to anyone? what the fuck is wrong here? of course I'm gonna let this heal, and at most gonna do just some jelqs now, but I would like to know how long is usually required for this heal, and why or how did this happen?

I'm not a newb, I've been clamping for over a year and very intense at times.

Hoping to hear some of the vets chime in on this as well.

Seriously dude, after an injury like that (basically a small tear to the urethera) you need a longer rest for it to heal. Just taking a day or two off and then hitting it hard again won't work. I've never had problems with ULI's except for dicoloration but I think I read about DLD having a similar problem with an injury like this.

There is another possibility, not to be overlooked. Long before I did any P.E., I started peeing blood--turned out to be a swollen prostate--nothing serious at all, although it freaked me out.

However, since your bleeding followed an intense workout, the ruptured blood vessel sounds more like the problem. You do need to lay off and let it heal. If after this, the bleeding comes back, I'd check it out with the urologist.

Remember we're not medical people, and sometimes, they know best.

very wierd that, that thread was started last night as well.
I'm having THE EXACT problem as him.

I guess taking time off is the only thing i CAN do. Jelqing doesnt seem to hurt
neither does pumping so i might just do that, or do you guys advise against that as well?


What do you think could have caused this?

Has this happened to any1 else?
 
Yup<:( SWM and I have both been through this. It just takes lots of time to heal.>:( If it's real bad take 2 or 3 weeks off. not what you want to hear but it's what it's going to take.
If it's not to bad and you don't freak out at the sight of blood common out of your dick go a head and work out, don't go as intense.
It's your dick don't ruin it.

No i'm not a noob. Penis Enlargement is a marathon to me not a Sprint.
So I don't mind taking time off to heal, and then go at it correctly again.
But I like to hear of other people who have been through this and what they have done.

do you think light jelqing is counter productive as well?
 
dont worry ! you were just to intense during your workout. i have had blood come out my pee hole lots of times when i go to intense. no permenant damage what soever. i even continue after it stops bleeding which is only seconds.

Though blood doesn't scare me, it doesn't cheer me up either. I just did my hot bath worm up (i hate the whole hot towel thing)... now I'm gonna jelq lightly. I will tell you guys in a couple of minutes how it goes.

Yeah same here, However, I'm thinking that a month off still might be the way to go.

As for the light jelqs they shouldn't hurt but experience tells me just to lay off for a while then get back in to your routine

I believe me and you VK started doing the same exact kind of routine at the same time: ulis and clamping. All was going very well with me until one day- THE SAME THING HAPPenis EnlargementNED!! I thought I had some blood coming from a small cut on my dick- it happens sometimes with the expansion, so I didnt think anything of it. I kept going and then decided to check where the blood was coming from. I nearly shit a brick when I saw it was coming from my pee hole.

I stopped everything and decided to just take a break for a bit...

The next ULI workout I had, same thing happened. That time i actually was just like fuck it- I stopped the workout but came and went on my way. After that I took a few days off and all is well in Uli land. I dunno, I guess ulis are just so intense they bust something in your dick sometimes if you dont warm up properly.

I now always try to get at least 5-10 minutes of wet jelqs in before my uli/ clamp workout- which I should have been doing in the first place to promote rock hard erections. Live and learn my friend, just dont stop your workout if its working- as it is for me (I got up to almost 5.5 G after my workout today- up by almost .5). I enjoy the edging/uli/clamp routine too much to give it up and the results are definate......

Looks like I might be the only one left doing the uli routine from the 3 of us that started it a couple months back!

I have definately gained from this. No doubt about it. My glans is MUCH larger now. I'm not sure if I have gained any over all girth but the glans has gained, which was my focus.

I'm wet jelqing now at around 20-30% and everything is fine.

i will just do this the next 2 weeks and see how things go.

I think its best to keep this thread going, for future refrence.

If any1 else has any input, please share it with the rest of us.
 
Sorry guys, I missed this thread. I did have the same problem and it was a rip in the urethra. Since it is really damp in the urethra it takes some time to heal but when you continue to Penis Enlargement it gets re-ripped over and over. I needed to stop everything for a few weeks and it was fine. I can relate to stretching and looking down and my hand was covered in blood, very scary. It is fine now, never had the problem again.

This is a rather common injury, nothing to be scared of. A week off Penis Enlargement should certainly be enough for it to heal properly.

If you decide to keep on Penis Enlargementing, be carefull with any high inner pressure moves.
 
It's not the ULI, it's the fooly behind the ULI that makes the tooly red and drooly. It was like an epiphany, I just couldn't resist. All jokes aside, I had the same problem about 3 weeks ago when I started doing DLD Blasters. For me just backing off for two days and starting back light and progressive on the head pressure was sufficient. I am now doing the DLD Blasters and everything else full-on with no problems.
