I definitely agree with that, but sometimes it is hard to tear yourself away from a routine that is working for you. Like you said I will just begin to listen to my body more and take breaks when I need them. As much as I train I don't think I will be in too bad of shape by taking a day or two off once in a while.

There are always tell tale sign of the beginning of an injury. If you feel any pain, pinching or the like stop what you are doing and check yourself. Catching an injury early can prevent you from long periods of having to rest. There is never a reason to go forward of something is obviously causing pain, stop, check and from there progress.

Thanks for the advice. In addition to that rest that I took, I have decided to rethink my strategy with hanging. I am going to hang half the time I used to (still at least an hour daily), but focus on using more and more weight per the Hardcoe Hanging (DashDeming) and Progressive Hanging (Stillwantmore2) ideas. I think this will give my penis a bit more rest and allow me to avoid any possible injuries.

As for the original topic of this thread, no ejaculation, I haven't exactly been following my own advice. While I have greatly reduced the amount of times I ejaculate during a given week, I still do so at least once every other day.

That seems perfectly natural and not over doing it. I keep it to about 3 times a week. If I don't ejaculate at least that much I start to get very frustrated with normal life. The release keeps me in a much better mood.

I have been dealing with a greatly decreased libido lately, so a lot of days I don't even have the desire to masturbate. I plan to make some changes though now that I have switched to only doing 1 hour of hanging a day, and the new thing I plan to do is some [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] work while watching adult entertainment. I will probably go with what you do, as in only ejaculating 3 times a week.

Same here, there are times I have to force myself but I know that it is important to masturbate regularly when you are not having sex as it keeps the libido in good shape. I make sure I masturbate at least 3 times a week and sometimes as much as once per day.
 
I share same view on this topic. Ejaculation especially through masturbation kills my zeal to do PE be it length or girth work. Whenever I masturbate, I don't have the urge to do PE the following day.

When I don't masturbate, I feel energetic to do all of my PE work. So yes, ejaculating every day through masturbation is no no for me.
