My routine and progress log

You can go either way. Some like wearing it after girth because they feel the tunica is more pliable then. Others do wet girth work wear it before because of slipperiness.

Everything are good! Thanks for asking. I really appreciate.. How about you? I haven't update here lately but I write down my progress down in a notepad. Will get it up later

The latest update is I am doing 5 days and 2 days off routine. If suction is not good it is time to take apart the valve unit and give it a good cleaning. This will bring back good suction. Usually it is a bit of dirt buildup or if using a lube, the oils can get trapped. I let my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] soak in hot, hot water after a session, keeps it clean and clear.
