Hi guys, firstly, can I say that you're all an inspiration here at [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words]. I've been looking into Penis Enlargement since about 2001....in that time I've only managed to gain about 1/2" in Length, and 1/4" in girth. This is because I've hardly ever paid any attention to following a proper routine. I didn't have any patience or dedication. Have been reading the board since Feb 2010. Over the years, I've looked into various methods, including chemical Penis Enlargement. After reading the routine of the guy who jumped from 4' to 5' in one month, gave me the inspiration to finally put a proper routine together and stick to it. I'm posting it here, so I'll be dedicated.

Okay, so, I'll be mixing it up a bit - stretches, [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], hanging, jelqing, edging and chemical Penis Enlargement.

Supplements:

- 1 teapsoon of apple cider vinegar mixed with 1 cup warm water first thing in the morning, and last thing at night. This if primarily for all the trace minerals in it, plus it's an on-going detox. Great for the kidney's and liver. I follow this up with 4 full glasses of water. A Large quantity of water first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach helps produce more blood. I try and drink atleast 3 litres a day.
- I take 5 x 1000mg Evening Primrose Oil through out the day. it has 10% GLA. This will promote PGE-1 production in the body. This will regulate the hormones, as well as adding some elasticity to my stretches.
- I bought myself a juicer - I have celery, carrot, cucumber + at times apple, pear juices atleast once a day. This is to promote healthy living + the celery can help with the libido.
- I drink a mix of - 1 tablespoon Goji Berry powder + 1 tablespoon raw cocao nibs powder + 1 teaspoon maca powder. Mix it in with some carrot juice. This is a mix of 3 super foods that helps keep the body healthy, plus promotes hgh and test production in the body. I got this info from the potency report.
- I drink a mix of AAKG + Citrulline + pure arginine powder mixed with water in the afternoons (on an empty stomach). Promotes NO. Maintains vascularity.
- I try to consume some broccoli/ and or cabbage daily. Read somewhere that it inhibits test conversion to estrogen. This will come in handy when I try to maximise test in my body.

Additional Supplements: Choline (neurotransmitter) Read about it in the penile bible. + Whey protein + almonds before bed time.

The above should have the right sorts of nutrients in my blood to help create the perfect environment for penis growth.

In addition to this, I have purchased some Andractim. It'll get processed in the next few days. Hopefully, it should be here in a couple of weeks.

I'm also looking at buying some Andro-d Gel and the HGH booster combo. Am still considering this.

Routine:
-I use the rice sack to warm up the penile tissues for about 20 minutes. Doing some minor stretches. I feel this gets my penile tissues quite elastic to stretch.
- DLD newbie stretches x 10 minutes.
- 100 wet jelqs using baby oil, flaccid
(massage the penis to erection) then:

- 200 wet jelqs, semi erect
- [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] 10 minutes - (250 kegels whilst in [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words])
- 200 wet jelqs at about 80% erect.
- Work into edging for (hopefully) 30minutes - 1hr.
(I'll be applying the andractim in the last 200 jelqs, working into the edging session). I'm applying olive oil to the scalp to help keep my hair follicles safe. Read somewhere that it does something to the androgen reception in the scalp to deter the effects of DHT in that region.

After I'm done, I apply the hot rice sack again for atleast 20 minutes or so.

- Then, I'll place my home made 4lb hanger on the penis for about 2hrs. Taking a break every 1hr for 5 minutes. I'll put up some pictures of this, once I can get the blue tooth on the laptop working.

I want to add the HGH booster, have read good reviews of it. HGH will certainly help with the growth. Also, I know Andro-d Gel might be a little expensive. I can get 3 months supply of both for about $159. I am thinking about getting this. I will apply the andro-d gel in the penis 2 times a day, and Andractim 2 times a day. The hot rice sacks are to open up the pores more to allow the cream to absorb. The Andro-D gel is to maximise as much test in the penis, so that when I edge for longer than 30 minutes, it will begin burning to dht. This plus the andractim will (hopefully) super charge the growth.

Have just started on this routine. I am 30 years old. Have a sad 5" inch NBPenis EnlargementL and 4.5" girth. The goal is to hit 8 x 6" pretty quickly.

I'm starting a weight training routine at the same time....should get the blood pumping. Plus, I am also applying some ormus to the penis. It's a spiritual thing - zero point energy thing. It said that you can program it to heal/ grow etc. I'm quite spiritual, so am adding this to the equation. Basically, the I rub it into the penis after I am done and ask it to heal, grow the penis. It's pretty much just water. You guys can google 'Ormus'.

Dude your routine is murderous. Good luck! Seriously Im going to keep track of your thread to read up on some of those supplements your taking I think those are great for Penis Enlargement. Have you read about leechoil and stuff alike? I think thats better than baby oil or that stuff bc it helps with erections aswell kinda like the Andractim.

Anyways your starting out strong keep it up go hard! Change it up as you go with what you learn you like and we wanna see those pics!

I am looking into leech oil. Was reading some of the threads RedZulu has up on it. I was using olive oil, though read somewhere that olive oil works at inhibiting DHT. The routine is pretty much just designed to pump in as much blood into the penis as possible. I think the key to the edging bit is to be horny. It will help with the pump.

I don't have the andractim or Andro-d Gel yet. Will have to do without until it gets here.

I was in the same boat for while, stuck with a 1/2 in length gain just like you for a good 2 years. Once you get a steady journal and consistent routine together, just like have, you'll be golden. Thanks guys. I took Turnover's advice and bought the Leech oil, plus a couple other things from the 15% off link RED has up. Instead of baby oil, I'll be using that. Plus, I've decided not to get the Andro-gel. I'll use the two other Leech variations twice daily. That should engorge the penis nicely. One question - do you think it's beneficial to rub in the leech oil, let it takes it effect, then pop on a condom and jump into the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]? Do you guys think the expansion will be more significant? Has anyone tried anything like that?

Had a really good workout today. Changed the routine a little bit. Cut back on the jelqs from 200 to 100 each session. Added side stretches and rotations to the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. Felt amazing. Penis stretched a full 1cm inside the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. When doing the newbie stretches I did them like the A or V stretches....doing a kegal. Great pull on the inner penis.

I went straight into the 2 x 1hr hang. Will do the edging later in the day, or even at night. Will add the leech oil to the equation in a week, and the andractim in 2 -3 weeks - depending on how long it will take to get here.

I read somewhere that once the tunica is stretched, you need to cool it down quickly to cement the gains. I always thought that would retract the penis. Anyone know anything about this?

DLD, I will mix in the meditation with the routine. I'm already walking around like I have a 9" monster in my pants. That's the fastest way to manifestation right? Hey guys, I've got an update. I was getting a little frisky with the GF, and noticed that my mid shaft girth was looking a little thicker. I've only been on this routine for a couple of days. So I measured. Length is 0.1" longer, and girth is 0.3" thicker. I'm surprised that the growth is mid shaft.

Had an amazing workout today. Increased my jelqs back to 200. The [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] maintained the 1cm growth inside. Had all my supplements. Had strong morning wood. Edged for about half an hour afterwards. My member felt alot bigger and thicker. Am 20 minutes into my 2hr hang.

Can't wait for the leech oil and the andractim. Am sure that will super charge the gains.

Food wise, I'm eating more healthy. Fresh fruit and vege's. Weight training routine later today. Let's get the blood pumping.

Had a bit of a down day today. Did my routine. Didn't really feel like doing it. It's one of those depressing days outside. Just maintained yesterdays gain. Didn't want to push it too much. No hanging today. Decided that will take a three days on, and 3 days off approach to the hanging. That, I believe will super charge the gains.

One addition to the newbie stretched - I use the rice sock to heat the penis whilst stretching. It helps lessen the pain, and help to stretch more. Feels good.

I think there has been a 1/2 gain in length in the last four days. I haven't measured, though just from the look and feel of the penis. I'm working at cementing that the rest of the week.
 
I'm incorporating 100 - 200 wet jelqs every 2 hours throughout the day. I should end up with an additional 500 - 1000 jelqs.

- Alright, woke up around 6:30am and drank my 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar with a cup of water.....followed by another four cups warm water.
- 7am drank 7g AAKG.
- 20 minutes penile heating with the rice sock
- Took two capsules of the evening primrose oil (2000mg = 200mg GLA for PGE-1)
- 10 minutes of newbie stretches.
- 1hr hang with 4lbs magnetic weight.

Break - drank about 8 cups of warm water throughout the day.

- Only managed to get in 100 wet jelqs today, followed by 10 minutes of [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] (warm to hot water). Wrapped a condom ring around the head of my penis and did a further 5 minutes of [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. This exercise really works. Head engorged a 5mm bigger than the shaft on all sides. Downside = it does hurt.

- Edged for 20 minutes...managed to hold off ejaculating.

I hate waiting for shit to arrive, it never comes on time, the day they are supposed to deliver something always fucks up.
 
Yeah it's a bitch not having what I need for my full routine. On the flip side, it is giving me plenty of time to set the base for great growth, when the stuff does arrive.

Just from the look and feel of the penis right now, plus the stretch I'm seeing in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], I think I've had a growth of about 1/2" in length and 1/4" in girth in 4 days. The nutrition and the meditation seems to be key in all of this.

The last three nights, I've been waking up with a semi - full erection. This isn't just in the morning. It's evertime I toss or turn, I'm semi awake, and notice I have an erection. I've also gone from taking time to get an erection when I see a hot girl, to a full blown (hard as steel) erection in seconds. I'll do either a blog or another thread, in more detail, about what I think is the reason for all of this.

Mate, my plan is to wrap the penis, just like I do when I hang, then use this to clamp around the base. Depending on how it feels without the wrap, I am also planning on using this around the glans, than doing a 5 - 10 minute session on the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] every second day. I did follow Red's instructions and used a condom rim. It hurt quite a bit. Though the result was a very nice expansion of the head. I'm going to play around with Red's exercise and modify a little to suit my member.

Alright, I'm jumping back onto this. Relying on you guys to keep me motivated.

All my stuff has arrived = Andro-D gel, GH release capsules, even andractim.

The plan is to stretch the penis four times a day. This will involve a warm up, then stretch in all directions for about 20 minutes, followed by atleast 100 jelqs 0 - 70% erect. The jelqs will be done using leech oil.

One of the sessions will be in the shower, so I'll incorporate the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], before and after 100 additional jelqs. I'm tossing up on the idea of doing this every other day. Just to give the penile tissues enough time to recover (considering I'm going to be stretching four times a day).

Supplements:

1) Apply the Adro-d gel under the upper arm twice daily.
2) Take 4 GH releaser capsules at night before bed (5 days on, 2 days off).
3) 2 Teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in the morning with hot water (on an empty stomach - mainly for detox + magnesium etc).
4) Evening primrose oil - take two every two hours for 10 hours = 10grams daily.
5) One cod liver oil every two hours = 5grams daily.
6) 4grams Arginine in the afternoons with warm water - on an empty stomach.
7) Mix of Goji berry (1 tablespoon), cocoa powder (1 teaspoon), maca powder (1 teaspoon). Take that twice daily.
8) Between 12 - 16grams of MSM daily....with this I take about 4 -5 grams of vitamin C.

I'm also weight training three times a week. So I'm drinking protein shakes 2 times daily. Trying to average out atleast 150 grams of protein daily. Since the body can at best absorb 10 grams of whey protein an hour, I'm trying to get a continuous supply of 10 - 15 grams every hour, to maximise absorption.

I haven't been wearing the ROP lately as it's getting a little small for me.....though I notice my sack hung alot lower when I did wear it. Also noticed my member flaccid length longer. So I might go back onto that for 5 - 6 hours a day.

Also, my andractim has arrived. I want to see how much growth I can get with the above in the next couple of weeks, before I go onto it. When I do start, I'll be applying it under the upper arms. Doing a whole heap of weighted stretches to make sure blood circulation is perfect.

No chance of failure! I want to make this happen....
