Well once the pro comes in as it has been almost a month now.

This will be my new routine starting sept as we had vacation and family in town next month.

I will hang about 8 lbs in the am I'm thinking of getting the new vac hanger from auto [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. as of know the only way to cause this much force is with my static stretcher heavy duty. i will hang or heavy stretch for 40 min. in 2 20 min sets with ten min of in-between. this would just be to reduce fluid build up.

Then were auto extend medium sleeve for 30 min or just till head swelling goes down.

Then stretch with the pro add on to my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]size genetics[/words] for 8-12 hrs (well once i get used to the device)

Then hang/ heavy extend for 40 min. in the pm

Before bed [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] for 5 min then cable clamp for 15 min then [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] for 5 min. mon wen fri

If I'm out of the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] i will be in the autoxsleeve as will i will sleep with the pink soft sleeve on to keep [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] on when i sleep.

If anyone has any sugjestions I'm all ears.

The main reason for the heavy pull or hang is to speed up the time in with it takes to cause the micro tears( as i believe it takes a good 300-400 hrs to do this with an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] alone, but this time may be cut in half with this method as it will cause much more trauma to the penis) then extend to send the message to start cell division and replication and keep the trauma going. Also keeping the penis extend even with just a sleeve as i don't want the penis to heal in a shorten state. i think this may be the main reason growth from extending takes so long as it must be a 24 hr thing in some way or another.

I will also be taking 10 iu of gh per day plus about 1000mg of test 600 deca as this is part of my bodybuilding protocol. I'm wondering if this will also increase the rate in which i see gains as healing is increased ten fold. but if not extended 24/7 I'm thinking it could cause slow of growth, because it could heal in the shortened state or just heal enough to stop cell division and replication.

I'm not advising anyone to do this its just what I'm thinking of doing to create the best environment for growth. I get blood work done all the time to make sure nothing liver and kidneys are functioning with in safe parameters.

That is so long for delivery! I wonder what the issue is? Are they listed "in stock" or "backordered" or something? I can get a package anywhere in the work in 7 days.
 
I know its like 3 weeks a month on august 3. I went a head and ordered the van hanger 4 with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] mod. i will use the static stretcher heavy sleeve as it cured problem on my grip head attachment there sleeves just kept tearing. i would use the grip but it finally broke the valve has a leak.

No, it took about 6 weeks to get. I was making reference to the fact that I can ship anything, anywhere in the work in 7 days.

actually 10 iu of gh is the perfect dose if your looking to get huge. most pros are taking 20 to 30 iu of gh with insulin and igf1 as well. they will not tell the general public this as its kind of kept under raps. for the normal gym rat 4 to 6 iu is fine but once you are using high amounts of anabolic you actually need the increased gh amounts to make the high amount of anabolic work or you are just wasting you gear.

most guys do 500 750 mg test 300 mg deca maybe some tren. but pros that reach 300-320 lbs on the off season at 5'6" are not using that dosage and i as well as others have used high dosages with very little if no increased gains. then i was schooled by one who will remain nameless about how you need gh at those dosages to cause a synergistic effect. if you have test running through your body like a gorilla then you need the gh to match.

pros will be at 2000 of just test not including 800 mg of eq anadrol 50 mg per day gh 10 to 30 iu depending on if the are in comp mood or not. insulin 10 to 30 iu per day mgf immediately after workout then igf1 50 to 100 mcg 20 to 30 min after that. anti estrogens clen t3 if in comp mood.

gh by far is the best drug on the planet if used at the right dosages for what you are looking to to do just stay young 4 iu get lean 6 iu, to get huge 10 iu or more with high amount of anabolic and insulin and orals.

I don't think you should base delivery on my delivery. My model took six weeks because they were on back order.

So there are some legal hoop they have to jump through to make some deliveries happen. They are shipping out of Germany so the policies must be different.
 
yep well what ever happened dhl has no idea were it is and they told me to contact the company so they can make a formal claim. this sucks.

I figured it was something along those lines. I have not even shot the open box video yet, once I do that I hope they can keep up with the business.
 
for real right. i think they should just use a re shipper in europe since it takes 5 days there and just resend form there and just add the cost on to to any US customers until they get the shipping issue under raps i would much rather pay 50-60 buck to get it here in like a week then have to wait a month or 2.

any way yesterday logged in
4 hr with the noose and pumped for 5 min and clamped for 30 total in the day 10 in the am after my pump and then 20 min in the pm.

i also add 2 hrs while i slept in the light leg hanger (pulls about 1 lb at least thats what the grip company says) from the grip i found that if i use the tape from auto [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] i can just use the grip light duty condom attachment while i sleep and get no fluid build up at all could sleep with it on all night if i didn't get morning wood that caused me to wake up.

also were the light dotty sleeve when I'm not in [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words].


just some first things after about a week of constant routine today i am noticeably fuller and hang longer.

still no heavy hanging.
 
I will wait to really promote when they are ready to deliver on time. I don't want them to get overwhelmed nor do I want my members waiting weeks for delivery. Please post, everyone, on your experience with delivery times.
