It seems like I still have what I gained. It's been months and if I lost anything maybe it was a tenth of an inch. I'm thinking of starting again with an even more intense routine and being more consistent and see how fast I gain from that. Could gain faster hopefully.

That is the downside but there are other ways to reach the state of fatigue like using DLD Blasters to exhaust the PFM or timing. Girth work can also bring great fatigue which can be used for length work but timing sexual action is important so eq does not suffer. Timing is everything in this method. Also, after sex you can stretch but you will probably have the beached whale syndrome there too
