I would just take measurements right now get everything thoroughly measured and weighed out and make sure you keep track of how you measured and where are you measured from. Even though you’ve been at this for a while we can look at this is a mini restart.


I will take measurements tomorrow to see what I'm sitting at. Works as well since I havent done any PE for two days as maybe to not get a false measurement.
 
Well guys my theory was correct and I have gained it isn't much but it's very welcomed and amazing with how inconstant I was with my PE.

At the base on the left side my penis rolls to the left. Also I have to kinda straighten the shaft out as it kinda arches. Mid shaft girth needs to be taken as well.

These past two weeks I've done the following.
5:00 AM
BM 5×5×3 with SSJ
Morning core and pushup routine
Hanging -2 lbs 10 minutes
-5 lbs 15 minutes
- 7 lbs 15 minutes
ACE wrap 1 hour
DLD blasters 30 count restroom break with BTC rotary cranks
Some I'll hang for 15-30 minutes at work

I've been doing a shit ton of BM lazy stretches and expressive stretches. I can literally "feel" my inner penis at the base. Also I've been having good soreness in my shaft from stretching and hanging.
 
Today I did the following

BM 5×5×3
C ring 4 hours taking off every so often

Hanging - 5lbs 10 minutes
- 7lbs 20 minutes
Into
Stretching with PF on all angle and BTC.
Into
ACE wrap 1.5 hours
Erect bends and expressive stretches
 
Today was a slower day

Hanging:
- 5 lbs straight down 10 minutes
- 7 lbs straight down 15 minutes
- 7 lbs and a random weight I found at work actual weight unknown for 15 minutes
- manual stretches for 10 minutes or so
Edging 10 minutes
 
Today was a slower day

Hanging:
- 5 lbs straight down 10 minutes
- 7 lbs straight down 15 minutes

Hanging 7lbs+random weight SD 25 minutes
Phallason being pulled by waist attachment for ADS 2 hours
Tonight I'll hit the BM for expressive and ligament stretches

I need to get erect girth measurements soon. Today I got flaccid stretched which was 7.5" and flaccid bone pressed stretched which was 8". I feel like I'm making decent headway but there is room for improvement. Balancing 3 kids and a wife and my career is a circus act without PE in there lol. I'm looking into a few options for exercises and some new sleeves possibly soon. My wife said my head felt bigger inside her last night which was a warm welcome. I also took the advice and idea from another brother to mount anchors along a wall in the garage for different hanging angles.

Man today's length routine definitely had my shaft and base sore for sure!

I forgot to mention I had to overcome a huge metal barrier on posting my first penis pictures. I had to prepare myself mentally for a week.
