Life can get in the way of PE and I know it because I have a son and two grandsons and they can take up a lot of time and privacy but I far more love my family than my penis. ?

For me when things became very complicated as far as schedules when I had to create time to get my PE in. What I would do is get up at half hour early and I will go to bed a half hour later. Sometimes when things became really difficult I would wake up in the middle of the night and get my session in when everyone sleeping. And when things became so busy I couldn’t even do that I would do stealth PE using every moment of the day that it’s free to get him a small amount of PE.

Your schedule, family and children, job and your present injury can create quite a challenge to your PE so I suggest taking a deep breath and planning a different way to get your PE in that does not mess with your schedule. If you need help writing a custom routine I can help you with that.

You may also consider getting yourself a Phallosan as you can get all of your length done, with no effort on your part. The Phallosan is a tool you can use that 24 hours a day, even while sleeping. With this doing all the length work for you it leaves you time to get your girth work in throughout the day.


I believe with getting up an hour earlier than normal and doing some warmups, hanging and cool down. I own a PF along with many other tools just hard with working construction and swinging sledgehammers and such. I've become proficient with wrapping but need to order some silicone sleeves and try them out.

(Tried to check few pages back You could opt for buying one Silisleeve 27 and one 27-145.
That way you'd be at a "golden middle", if the shorter isn't apt ADS type for you, then it can be utilized with Lengthmaster. (I recall you have it?)

So an update on the continuation of my pain of now what I thought what a hernia, which in fact turned about to be a labrum tear. The labrum is the cartilage that holds your hip in place. The doctor said that area is sitting on a huge nerve and could cause it to feel like a hernia, back pain and testicular pain on one side.. so this explains the pain for the past 3 years and the reason for my anger towards anyone even if they don't deserve it. I'm hoping to figure out the next step in the plan. I went to my TRT doctor and there is a chiropractor there. I paid to have an adjustment and it turned out hes an orthapedic surgeon. After over an hour visit and much praying he said he would do the surgery for free if I could pain for hospital bills.


For PE work I'm at a halt on hanging for a few more weeks until a new job presents itself and I can carve out a routine. For now I've been keeping it light. Shower routine- 2 minute bundled stretches each way, DLD's newbie routine then into my phallson for a few hours. When doing girth work I use my bathmate max pumped and get some stretches in with that.

One of my favorite places to go when I’m not doing my regular routine is the newbie routine, it’s the ultimate reset and I think it prepares us to take on even more intensity when we start another routine. I think one of the best length routines out there is to do the Newbie stretches done with the Lengthmaster, This will bring length so quickly.

It has been easy for me to do while managing the kids and my injury. Not sure if you remember this past year in my thread we were talking about this injury being a hernia but like I said it turned out to be a torn cartilage in my hip. I'm praying things work out and I can find something besides construction since my body cant work that right now.

It’s made to be very simple I am extremely effective. And for us you are more advanced it becomes a wonderful go to for a reset or a deconditioning break. It will help in every way maintain size and with good even add size.
 
Hey guys I've been slowly getting back into the swing of things. I did the following everyday this week. For now I'm focusing on length with a hanging method and some BM work for blood flow and erect stretches.

Monday - Wednesday, Friday and Saturday
AM hanging
BTC 2 minutes each side
3 sets of 20 minutes at 2lbs
ACE wrap next 6-8 hours (taking off when using restroom and doing BTC 45 seconds each side, straight out 45 second, straight down bundled 45 seconds)

In addition 2 days out of the week when my EQ is feeling great I will use my BM and pump and few times. If I'm having a good session I'll do a full session with SSJ.

I will be adding 1 set a week on my hanging until I reach 5 weeks at which point I'll go back to 3 sets but I'll up the weight.
 
Friday's routine
AM shower to warm up
Newbie routine 1 round
Btc each side 2 minutes

Hanging
3 sets of 20 minutes at 2lbs

Ace wrap 7 hours

PM routine

Very smart thinking! If your penis is pulling to the left you definitely want to put weight on the right and vice versa. How much extra weight do you think it’s coming from the loft loft how much extra weight do you think is coming from the lock?

I’m also looking at your routine and you probably are but if you’re not make sure you get in bundled stretches before you train to prestretch the Tunica so you can take up much better gains. Be sure to get your Kegels in and 2 to 3 times a week get in 10 minutes of erect stretching. It would be cool also if you can get an expressive stretch in there somewhere and that was perfect it.

Yes sir I forgot to add the bundled in my log for yesterday. I have a hard time doing them with this hip labrum tear (anything squatting or lifting a leg above a 90° I have found a way to get them done in the shower by sitting on the edge of this lip that holds soap. I'll download a kegel app like i saw @Haursen doing and add those in which would help with my premature ejacualtion. I've been doing 2 days a week in my BM for purposes of expressive stretching.

Oh my goodness of course I will pray for you and your faith will heal you! Good on the bundled stretches, so important, so overlooked. So just make sure you get them in before you work, the whole purpose is to loosen up things so you can make better growth in each session. It’s good that you’re thinking about P through the day, I suggest you read some of the articles here, study SRT and help some people until things get better.

I’m sorry my brother and I’m glad you came out to tell us because I’ll include you in my prayers every night now to make sure that you get through this. Haursen Left a wonderful verse for you from Romans. all things work out for the good of God and I believe your righteous and holy person and I believe your prayer is indeed righteous.

what are you doing as far as hanging is concerned? Do you have a set routine that you do every day in addition to your Phallosan? For instance what positions are using and for how long are your stats? Are you doing anything additional besides hanging and if are you doing anything additional besides hanging and Phallosan?

You’re going to really love the sleeve there are incredible I review them last week and I’m blown away so I think you’re going to really enjoy these. They can be used for all PE applications from hanging and stretching to healing and pumping and everything in between. Do you need any other help please let us know

I've been able to get in some girth work with my BM I do a 5×3×3 along with expressive strechtes and lazy man stretches. For length I have been slacking on hanging as time and privacy is now an issue. How long post length and girth workout do I need to give for accurate measurements? I feel like I have gained some but not sure how much.

I would just take measurements right now get everything thoroughly measured and weighed out and make sure you keep track of how you measured and where are you measured from. Even though you’ve been at this for a while we can look at this is a mini restart.
