Congrats on getting the PF. It is not hard to get the hang of it. Once you get the bell and sleeve matched up it is all good after that

I have it on right now. I wasn't sure what to use so I have the medium sleeve and medium bell. How much tension do you need from the belt?

I adjust my belt so that I stay in the yellow most of the day. I recently started adjusting the belt so that I get in to the low red but I don't leave it all day. I started out using the medium bell and medium sleeve but it did not last long. I had to move up to the large bell.

Yes sir I'll make sure to report back after a bit of time with it. So far I've been wearing it for 5 hours.

If I was a larger waist the pull would be more. Pretty much there is an indicator to show how much tension you're pulling, it goes from green to Yellow to red. I saw the other thread about creating more tension and customizing the belt so I'm going to look at that. It's really good after doing a length work out as you can feel the tug the whole time. Every hour or so I'll make sure I have proper suction.

None at all. I had it slip a little once and it pinched the shit out of me but it was the only time and I think it was due to the fact that I had worn it for about 3 hours without a bathroom break

seems like the PF is stealth enough to conduct normal/daily functions w/out any 'suspicions'. Are you able to keep your PE on the DL?

The way the belt rest across your hips and then pulls your penis, you can tell at all. My girl didn't know til about an hour ago when she went to rub on me and was like wtf is this!?!
