Hey brothers man I had a crazy night the other day. I'll post more about it after work but I was attacked in my garage by an old friend.

I'll post up my routines as well. I've been trying reds boas and trying to do some ballooning along with my normal routine.

I posted this story on a bow hunting site and it was deleted becasue people were making jokes and shit. For real though I was smoking a joint with my girl in the garage and my buddy and another old buddy came and jumped me. I messed one of them up bad. Then called the police. Now they have felony warrants.

I have kicked the shit out of plenty of punks in my day. I also Box. You truly do not want to mess with the DLD! I may seem peaceful until attacked then things change. And I do not stop until they ain't moving no more. My Son is a excellent boxer, He is the only person that has ever knocked me out. In my life I lost 2 fights out of 100's.
 
Well thanks for the support. I'm not portraying myself to be Chuck Norris. I defended myself and family and home in a way I was able. I fought 2 people one of which knows ju jitsu. These pathetic idiots thought they would come rob me to get their drug money.

I just like to fight. I know it is not such a good thing to say but nothing is like a good fist fight. Even better a few rounds in the ring. Either way, I love the sport!
