Okay thnx man. Yeah from all the pulling. When you say 30 seconds upward, downwards etc, is that holding it static and pulling or is that kind of like a jelq and squeezing from the base to the head for 30 seconds? Just wondering. I'm wondering if I should start adding that to my routine. My routine is usually just jelqs I do about 50. I've been doing them more for EQ than for gains. My Dr has me on paxil which plays hell with my libido plus I was diagnosed with low T recently. The jelqs have been helping me get stronger.
