Today I woke up pretty early as I may possibly be moving pretty soon so I was getting things ready. I went to the gym first then had a great pump and general euphoric feeling so that meant girth work!

5 minutes bundled stretches
Hot shower
50 downward jelqs 50 upward jelqs

30 seconds upward × 3 sets (1:30 work time 10 second rest between each set)

30 seconds downward × 3 sets (1:30 work time 10 seconds rest between each set)

30 seconds downward left × 3 sets (1:30 work time 10 second rest between each set)

30 seconds downward right × 3 sets (1:30 work time 10 second rest between each set)

30 seconds mid left × 3 sets (1:30 work time 10 seconds rest between each set)

30 seconds mid right × 3 sets (1:30 work time 10 seconds rest between each set)

Now the benefit I noticed of doing the hardcore stretches is afterwards your super fatigued.

Currently like I said we are moving cross country so thats pretty expensive. Just trying to save what I can before we leave.

Mike love the routine especially the stretching every hour when removing wrap. Any chance you've seen some gains or plan on measuring soon? I really feel like this routine is going to see some serious length gains as long as those manuals every hour are INTENSE.

Nice solid routine. Ill have to try wearing a cock ring post workout, especially when I get back to pumping to hold it fully engorged. The only post ive done is with a clamp.
