Happy that you are starting a progress log! This will benefit you so much in your quest for gains. Loosing weight and fat around the belly and fat pad of the penis is a very good step in visual enlargement. In my first year I had made great gains but they were mostly below my fat pad, once I lost the weight I realized massive gains. It is wise to do Penis Enlargement in conjunction with a physical routine as they benefit each other.

Yesterday I did just one set of double clamping about 6 mn = I pressed with my hand as a natural clamp during 30 seconds and It gave me a very good sensation.......The head shaft (and the shaft of course) was very engorged and inflate himself as a balloon (Is it a kind of balooning??)

Of course I did my regular stretchings in all direction

After, iI wear a cokcring but unfortunately I can't keep the engorgement for a long time..............grrrrrrr
 
2 sets of 10 mn of clamping today...very good sensations...I wear a silicone cockring during the clamp training: just below my 2 cables clamps.....At the end I refresh my unit with cold water instead of warm....

Something about stretches : I notice that the stretch is way more intense when my leg is up during the BTC and others!!
Try this : in your bathroom, stand up, take your unit to make BTC but put your foot up on a desk or a "lavabo" (don't know the english word) : you will feel a huge difference include left/right ligs!!!

And call it "the french BTC" please lolll

Body position plays a big role in stretch intensity. I am happy you are exploring this and developing your own exercise. The French BTC sounds perfect:)
 
After the first training with thsi and some jelqs I feel some soreness inside my unit..............I feel like an invisible light stretch right now............love it!!!

For sure!! I imagine me with a massive cock under my pants..............Life will be more comfortable..........Like I say I suffer but just a little to be average or just over average size (about 7.5)..............I WANT TO BE 8 !!! more if I can.................

That is very normal, your penis is progressively becoming more and more expanded. By the time you go into your last set you are close to max.

Soreness will happen for the first few months to most men, it is usually lig soreness, found at the base of the penis. You can choose to work through this or take time off.

It is not an injury, most likely fatigue or a strain. Take a couple days off and apply heat and massage.

Take you time with the Clamping, if you go too hard too fast you may end up with a Thrombosis.

Looking good my friend! I would split those [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] sets up though into smaller sets followed by equal jelqing time. Most guys are using the 5/5 method. 5 minutes in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] followed by 5 minutes of jelqing and repeat this 3 times. That will help you gain more tissue growth and less fluid build up.
