I've been doing 1 min sets, i might drop down to 30 sec sets for more power in the pull. 1 min feels like im pulling hard but can't sustain close to 100% effort for a minute. If i pull really hard i can feel that inner stretch by my ass.

It's like more bang for your buck if you can hold each rep for 3 to 5 minutes you can get a full workout in half the time it would take for other stretching exercises. When I'm done I notice an increase in flaccid length.
If it gets too hard on my wrists to get that intensity I'll simply twist my unit a half turn and I get the full intensity with no strain on my wrist.
