It's awesome I have discovered all these stretches that I have never done before. All of these stretches certainly would have saved me all the hours I dedicated to hanging years ago, thereby possibly making the same gains I made in hanging or maybe even better results.

I have discontinued my hanging routine for now that I am doing all these stretches such as the Mandingo Stretch, Mandingo V Stretch, DLD Blasters Bundled Downwards and Upwards, A- Stretches Downwards and Upwards, Rotary Stretches, and especially incorporating the reverse kegals into my rountine are a great idea.

I can do these stretches twice a day before and after work in under 1 hour.
 
Has somebody got a video of that exercise?I know how to do the normal mandingo stretch,but I do not know how to do that one.My english is not good enough to understand everything

It's quite simple, with the opposing hand create a fulcrum to apply a downward force while pulling with the Mandingo stretch.

It took me a Week a to understand how the Blue whale's Mandingo stretch works ... I Will Love to try your remix to it ... but I just don't understand what he means.
Can explain it in some other way or you know some pictures wud be nice. =)

This is the most basic way I can think to explain it. Just take it slowly, step by step. This is how I believe it is done.

Say you're doing the Mandingo Stretch with your right hand.
1. You'll take your left hand, which you are not yet using, and put your pinky, ring, middle, and pointer finger together. You will move your thumb away from the rest of your fingers.
2. Take this hand gesture and put your palm down, knuckles up. So the palm of your hand should be touching or just above your body, and you should be able to see your knuckles. To make this as simple as possible, just be laying down and put this hand on your stomach in the way described.
3. Keeping this hand gesture, move this hand down towards your penis. You will want the space between your thumb and the rest of your fingers (your hand makes a V if you angle it correctly) to meet with the base (bottom) of your penis.
4. Now, to perform the stretch, you will be doing the normal Mandingo stretch, plus pushing downwards (towards your legs/feet) with your other hand. This stretch at the bottom of the penis is an "expressive stretch" as it pulls on the penis not yet exposed (its still inside your body).
 
If you do an okay grip at the base of your penis and pull backwards into your body while at the same time doing the stretch the intensity increases 10 fold. It feels like you're gonna rip your penis off
 
This is very good, should everyone try this, but BTC exercise works wonders for me, mixing these two exercises should give something, and tell me Blue, how much time should be holding the stretch, as much time as possible or?
