First let me say thank you to everyone who has contributed to this forums. The amount of knowledge is definitely overwhelming and it is all excellent.
I decided last night, after stumbling upon this website, to start doing Penis Enlargement.
Just a few quick questions to make sure that I get the correct form down.
For my routine i am going to follow DLS's first routine for a couple of months and try to see what I can gain from it.
I started out with about a 10-15 min hot wrap.
Then two sets of all the stretches (behind the cheeks, straight down, left right, and out)
I did about 325 wet jelqs.
Finally ending with another 10-15 min hot wrap.
A couple of questions that I have are:
How do I maintain a flaccid state when stretching. After I start the hot wrap I begin to get a semi erection which makes stretching difficult.
When stretching does it need to be done in a fully flaccid state to get optimum form?
Also I have seen some videos of some stretches and it looks like I might be stretching incorrectly. The way I do it is with one hand behind the glans in a OK figure I pull. But I have seen videos where two hands are involved, one being behind the glans to pull and the other hand at the base of the penis. Is the idea of the stretching to pull the penis out of your body, or to pull it apart from itself (I hope I explained this properly).
How should my penis feel after the Penis Enlargement routine is done. It feels kind of worn out, but what should it feel like if it was done correctly?
