First let me say thank you to everyone who has contributed to this forums. The amount of knowledge is definitely overwhelming and it is all excellent.

I decided last night, after stumbling upon this website, to start doing Penis Enlargement.

Just a few quick questions to make sure that I get the correct form down.

For my routine i am going to follow DLS's first routine for a couple of months and try to see what I can gain from it.

I started out with about a 10-15 min hot wrap.
Then two sets of all the stretches (behind the cheeks, straight down, left right, and out)
I did about 325 wet jelqs.
Finally ending with another 10-15 min hot wrap.

A couple of questions that I have are:

How do I maintain a flaccid state when stretching. After I start the hot wrap I begin to get a semi erection which makes stretching difficult.

When stretching does it need to be done in a fully flaccid state to get optimum form?

Also I have seen some videos of some stretches and it looks like I might be stretching incorrectly. The way I do it is with one hand behind the glans in a OK figure I pull. But I have seen videos where two hands are involved, one being behind the glans to pull and the other hand at the base of the penis. Is the idea of the stretching to pull the penis out of your body, or to pull it apart from itself (I hope I explained this properly).

How should my penis feel after the Penis Enlargement routine is done. It feels kind of worn out, but what should it feel like if it was done correctly?

Also I intend to invest in a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] as soon as I have some extra money. Dig into the newbie forum here...deeply.
All of your questions have already been answered.
Research, patience, diligence all very important aspects of Penis Enlargement.
Take your time, if you've never done any form of Penis Enlargement before you'll need a little time to get the "feel" of both the exercises and the way your body responds.

Your stretch technique will be just fine, as a matter of fact you can do the newbie rotary cranks with two hands that way. I do those and some stretching just that way. As you progress you'll find just what variants work best for you.

And as to starting off slow, would this beginning routine be slow enough. I figure that each session would be running about and hour. Maybe hour and a half. But the two sessions broken up by at least an 8 hour window, once in the morning and o e before bed. Any thoughts as to if this is too much to start with?

That is the perfect way to use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], your routine looks great. BTW, welcome to [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words].
 
Doing this routine twice a day, once in the morning and once at night wouldn't be overdoing it would it? Is overdoing it associated with pain? How would one know when they are doing too much?
 
So after about 3 weeks, took some days off in the beginning due to business, no crazy big gain but I think I am still in the conditioning and learning phase of this process.

One really promising thing is happening though. When I jelq it seems as though Im getting bigger then the skin around the penis would like. Hopefully its not just rug burn from the jelqs (I have been doing 30 minutes of jelqing at a time) but as the head of my penis becomes engorged, my foreskin will stay covered. When I pull the foreskin back it feels really really tight, like the head of my dick is way to big for the foreskin. And as I continue to jelq, the foreskin actually stays retracted even though im milking it forward.

Im adding a little clamping to my routine as well for ha ha's.

Routine so far has been

10-15 min hot wrap
15-20 min stretches in all directions. I am really liking the behind the cheeks stretches/rotary behind the cheeks as well as the two handed over hand penis over wrist stretch (sorry for not knowing the name)
25-30 min jelqing
Throw on a little hairtie that my GF left here and do a light clamp for about 10-15 min as I shower which also serves as the warm down.

But mainly I am looking for some feedback about the foreskin being too tight during jelqing, much more tighter then when i first started jelqing.

Your routine looks great! As far as tight skin goes, have no worries, basic stretching and girth work will definitely stretch what needs to be stretched to grow. I had a very tight circumcision and in a matter of 2-3 months I was very loose. 10 years later I have half of my foreskin back.
 
That's pretty cool. I always thought I was weird for being uncircumcised. Living in white man suburbia in the USA most guys are circumcised.

What are the benefits to being uncircumcised? You always here benefits of being cut but what about not being cut and keeping the skin.

Also I did a quick girth measure, have gone from 5.25 to 5.5 inches. This is directly after jelqing and a light clamp but obviously it's a sign if good things to cone and possibilities to forward to.

So when you guys do you exercises and notice late that day they you ate bruised and have the red spots. Do you guys take the next say off to heal or just continue as normal
 
I've never been bruised or had red spots with Penis Enlargement but a while back I was doing some intense jelqing and cut my dick with My Fingernail!! Just let your injuries heal and come back strong! That's what I do!! You only get one dick dude! Treat it right and it will do the same for you!
 
What everyone starting needs to find is their individual tolerance for "penile abuse" and their capacity for healing. Experiment a little; push a little harder today than yesterday. If it works, fine. if not; back off a little.

Find what works best for YOU.

I am pretty new also.. I have been hitting it pretty hard and I can tell you that I have had: Spots, lines, discoloration as far as looks. And I get all kinds of weird strange feelings through-out the day. Weird spikes of feeling down there, sometimes I will feel discomfort where hair follicles are in the base, due to [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] use.

All of this is completely normal and expected. Twinges, twangs and strange feelings will happen as you are gaining as the penis is stretching and expanding...the feelings almost reflect the efforts you put in, particularly for new guys. Eventually you will become accustomed to the exercises and these feeling will surface less and less. Stretch marks and red spotting will also happen. The red dots will go away after 24 hours. The stretch marks are usually too small and light to see but many guys report a long scar on the base of their penis that is a bit more defined. For me, that stretch mark is welcome and appreciate...it measures the length of my gains:)
 
So i had a pretty good session today i think. One problem, I think I just suffered a huge case of fluid retention, at least i hope that is all that it is.

As I noted before i am uncircumsized.

I did my warm up, stretched, and then jelqed for 35-40 min.

After jelqing i walked to the shower and noticed that my foreskin was very puffy, and loose. When I pull the skin back it like pops in place when retracted and its a little pink.

I switched to a different lubricant, so it might be a allergic reaction?


or do you guys think it is just fluid retention? and if so, how long should it last for?

Gonna go piss and eat some cereal and go to bed, hopefully the swelling goes down in the mornign.
 
So I took a break yesterday, sunday, and the swelling/puffiness went away so thats a good thing.

I started up again today, did stretched and then jelqed with the new lube and everything was fine for the first 15-20 min of the jelq, but after that i must not have noticed since i jelq to adult entertainment, but i started getting all puffy again.

Also the little piece of skin that hold the foreskin to the bottom of the head of my piece started getting really tight.

Anyone here have any advice? especially someone who is uncut like me?
Is this fluid retention? can jelqing cause fluid retention because seems that most of the time from what ive read pumping or using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] seems to cause fluid retention.
Is fluid retention bad. If its not that bad i wont mind it, since it does go away after a couple of hours.

So I have been doing this for about two months now. Not really consistent, but at least 3-4 days a week. I wanna say that there has been some gain, though I am not sure if what I am seeing are gains or just inflammation/fluid retention or possible improper measuring to begin with.

Started out as:
BPenis EnlargementL 7in, Girth 5.25in

Now i'm:
BPenis EnlargementL 7.1-7.25inch with girth at 5.5 inches.

Guess I just have to keep on going. My dick does seem to be heavier and fuller in my hands sometimes, but again I think I am just imagining things.

My girlfriend keeps telling me I am big enough, and that I dont need to do this. It's funny because recently when we have been making love she's saying that my dig feels fatter.

Ughh , feeling kinda down. Been doing this since April and it doesnt seem like it is working. Erection quality does look like it has been enhanced and it feels kinda bigger in my hand but the measurements arent getting any bigger.

any suggestions? More stretching? more intenstity?

A few questions; What is your current routine? What are your current measurements? Do you own any equipment that can be used in Penis Enlargement? How much time do you have to dedicate?
 
Havent really taken a measurement currently but i know that my starting stats were:
BPenis EnlargementL = 7inches
Girth 5.25inches.

My current routing consists of anyway from 20-40 minutes of stretching. All different types. Striaght down, behind the cheeks, rotary cranks, straight out, over the wrist. Also this other stretch that im not sure what it would be called but i make a OK with one hand, put it around the base, with the other hand grab just below the glans and have one have pull up while the other pulls down.

Then I usually take like an hour break, maybe 1.5 hours and start jelqing for 25 minutes to 45 min.

After the jelqing is done, I double loop a hair tie that my GF left here and place it on the base of the penis for a light "Clamping" while i take a 15-20 minutes shower.

I usually do this at least 3 days a week but sometimes it ends up being 4-5 days a week.

I do admit though that earlier on, april and may, I was not as diligent and would take several days as breaks.

I have recently (the past 2 days) doing like quick 1 minute stretches at work as well in the bathroom after I pee. Just stretch downward and do like 15 rotary cranks.

I do not have any equipment, but I will be moving up to college mid august and I plan to buy a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words].

My dick does feel "sore" It doesnt hurt and it doesnt make me want to stop, just feels sore. Like the skin is sore and has a light burning from the stretching, especially at the base. also sometime it feels sore on the inside. I know that last sentence sounds very vague.

Any suggestions?

Maybe ill take today off because i am kinda sore. This way ill look at some adult entertainment and get an accurate updated measurment. Only problem is that if i dont Penis Enlargement today then I will not be able to do it again till moonday becuase I am heading to my GF house tomorrow after work and wont be back till monday
