Ya it's a struggle. I have to wear only shorts and I go to a stall in the bathroom to take off and then let blood in and reattach. It's possible to do it but its a matter of how bad you want it.
 
I suppose living in Vegas it's not too cold, and you can wear shorts most of the year. It's true though, if you want it bad enough you'll find a way
