i can definitely tell a difference in pulling harder! Plus I am getting a little excited from it. 😬 not doing any ball n log stretching. I do have a thick rubber ball stretcher I wear some. Guessing not enough

You need to upload a picure to an album and then link from there, in order to show picures in threads.

You need to use something like this.

or this:

In order for picures to be displayed in threads.
