Is Anyone Not Gaining with the Bathmate

Turnover, when you say longer time sessions for how long? What is your routine? I've been using Dan's routine which is 6 sets of 6 minutes each, 1-4 times per day. Max I've ever done is two sessions. That's about 1 hour and 12 minutes in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. Really and truly I should say I've half assed Dan's routine. Dan's put it 3 times the amount of time that I have. As I'd stated before I haven't done anything else really, some jelqing here and there.


What has worked for you over the past 14 months?

I agree that either intensity or time needs to be increased. I just finished month 4 and the gains have been slow inthe past two months. For month five I'm gonna try 35 minute sessions. 20 isn't enough anymore. I've gone 60 minutes before at low pressure but I think 35 minutes at max pressure gets the same expansion with less fr. Change can be a good thing.

I agree Toby. Change IS a good thing and it seems as though constantly switching things around really helps make more steady progress with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words].

For me, I will create a super-set routine, combining 2 or more exercises to create an extremely intense, completely different routine to scare my penis into growth. Change and shock routines usually only need to be done to get through the plateau and a normal routine can be introduced then.

Clamping after a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] session is good! Its hard to get 100% erect but if you use 2 clamps wow. Its easy to do and its pretty intense girth work. Sometimes when I have alot of fr I can't clamp cause it feels like my penis is going to explode

Thanks to everyone for all the suggestions. I am going to give the clamping a shot after the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] session. Also I am going to do some basic manual work, jelqing and some squeezes. I think SSJs are great but when I gvet to the sqaush part of the process I literally go flaccid in about 15-30 sec, so not sure it effective in a semi erect flaccid state.

DLD, I have a question for you about Jelqing. How important or effective is Jelqing in the Penis Enlargement process? Also whe Jelqing, is it important to be in a semi erect to erect state? When I come out of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] trying to obtain an erection is difficult, adult entertainment and all, dueto fatigue. If right after a pump session I jelq, but I am not semi erect but have just pumped will it have any effect-or do I have to be semi?
