Bulk here. My life has really changed a whole lot since the middle of last year. After getting out of a long-term relationship and finally having time for myself for the first time in years--I discovered a love for bodybuilding. I started off rocky--not quite sure what to do in the gym and just learning as I went. After 8 months I have added 15lbs of muscle to my frame, lost body fat, and have a new found confidence. It is the best feeling in the world to have someone say "Hey, you look buff these days." It takes time, but it is worth it.

I think it would be ok if you took your measurments now and call them you beginning stats you don't want to lose that motivation so just keep going.

I personally don't think leaving anything thats cutting of circulation unattended for several hours sleep is safe. As bubblehead said you Could check every hour but.... Let's be realistic fuck getting up every hour of the night.

I would take starting stats and pics now.

That's good to hear. I had to go lighter today. I am suuuuuuuuper sore in my ligs and stuff. My skin is really not used to being stretched like this. Especially my foreskin. I will hit the routine hard again tomorrow, but I had to take this day lightly--dont wanna hurt myself.
 
Nice logging man. Don't be afraid to take days off. When you're that sore I would take 1 day completly off then back hard the following day. Like you say there's no point in hurting yourself.
