The day of the operation I had almost no pain at all. When I woke up this morning I was sore, but it wasn't really painful. Taking the oxycodone was all it took and I was able to be up and around. Thickestone mentioned that his erections hurt like hell. I have yet to get an erection and maybe that is why the pain hasn't been bad for me yet. Time will tell...

I have thought about having girth enhancement surgery and I have a few questions that I hope you guys will answer.

1. Will the alloderm eventually re-absorb/dissipate over time resulting in the complete loss of any girth gains, or will the gains be permanent?

2. How noticeable is the scar from this surgery? To Thickest One - have you ever had a girl notice (scar below glans?) and ask you about it? Just trying to figure out if it's a big deal and how I would ever explain it away.

3. What is the texture like with an erection - does it appear natural?

1. I've had alloderm for 8 months and haven't noticed recession of the graft. They are starting to take on a different feel. More natural. They are developing vessels and capillaries, the volume of my erections seem harder.

2. the scar behind the glans is undetectable, the scar on the pubis is more noticeable. I also had supra pubic lipo with the girth enhancement, there was a lot of swelling with this procedure, and my scar is thicker do to this. It is fading more and more though.
3. the erection looks and feels natural, but it an Inch thicker than before. The erection feels harder than pre-op.

Target, The scar is undetectable. My penis was rock hard before is rock hard now. It's also huge too.

My girth is a tad less than 7 inches mid shaft, 7.125 at the base.

Doc is the best as far as caring and he is a world class plastic surgeon. I am having my second girth enhancement on the 8th.

Shoudl put me right at 7X8 or maybe even 7.5X8

Since your first girth surgery didn't add any length, why do you expect more length after the second? They won't do length and girth together will they? How do the alloderm grafts feel, since it's healed has there been any change in the look or feel? Is there an upper limit to how much you could get via surgery? What about how the glans looks, since girth isn't added to the glans won't it start looking unnatural as the shaft girth goes up?

I had both surgeries length and girth. Initially I did have some retraction. But my physiotherapy has given me length gains.

No change at all. Gains average about an inch. Everything looks fine and good proportion
