I am having the PE surgery done in 2 weeks

As some may know either from PMs here or from www.i-pe.com/forums where I post under the name 8Ball, I have decided to get the Penis Enlargement surgery done. Over the past few months I noticed a handful of members here, Thunders, and a few other places who have had the procedure and received very good results from it. While most people who frequent Penis Enlargement webistes advise against the surgery, it has actually come a long way in the past few years and is as safe as any other cosmetic surgery, as long as you go to the right doctor (there are only a handful that I would recommend and I have done a ton of research on this). My surgery will be conducted on August 25th and I will be in recovery for about 6-8 weeks. I plan to keep the members here updated with my progress : )

Yeah, I have been doing manual Penis Enlargement on and off for many years and I will never hit my goals at the rate I am going. I did gain a little bit of length and girth as a newbie gain, but it has been years since I've seen anything and it still hasn't been that much. I DID however make good base girth gains from squeezing and stretching though. But I can meet and even exceed my girth goal with the surgery, something I haven't even come close to doing in half a decade of Penis Enlargement and over the course of 6 months I should get 1-2 inches in length from doing post operative stretching, which will release my inner penis once my suspensory ligament is detatched.

I know that surgery is not for everyone and I certainly wouldn't consider it without exhausting the other options, but I really just want to hit my goals and be done with Penis Enlargement. The major downfall is that the procedure costs a ton of money. Luckily I have the means to pay for it, although the majority of people probably couldn't. Lastly, thank you for your support.

I am about 5.1-5.2 at the midshaft and thicker at the base, 6.5-7 inches long depending on how I measure. The 6.5 is measuring quite conservatively.

I used to think in a similar way when I had less girth. These guys with 6" wanting more than that were crazy. Then again, I'd never had sex with 6" of girth either back then. I know now, however that from my own experience more...to a degree is still better. There's something magical about that 6.5-7" girth range that really enhances vaginal sex. I've been in there with a cock ring on after an intense girth session, but to have that naturally will be golden.

I think Samzman was right, jelqing till your penis feels "squishy" Is the key to gains. I know its only been a couple weeks, but my penis already feels thicker. Where I am going there are two ways to do it. It will cost me either 8k if they harvest the tissue from my own body or 10.5k if I use the Alloderm which needs to be purchased. I would prefer the latter as I don't want the scar. The doctor uses capital one for those who wish to finance their surgery, I financed 4k of mine.

Hi FisHydromaxunkey, Good luck with the surgery .I had the procedure done 6 years ago and have been very happy, although I still want more size. Everthing looks normal, erection is stable and only a small scar hidden behind the pubic hair. I think you will be pleased if you have a good surgeon.

I first heard of the doctor here and at Thunders, a few members have had the same doctor perform their operation. I began searching online and found all of the reputable doctors, there are only a few dozen in the US who perform this. I called and spoke with a number of the most well known doctors and they all had good things to say about Dr. Reinschild, although many of the doctors badmouthed each other. Dr. Reinschild has done more of these precedures than anyone else, about 4,000, and he also specializes in fixing botched surgeries by the other doctors. This is what really put my mind at ease about letting him operate on my dick.

My only concern about the surgery is the risk of what could go wrong. What are those things specifically that could go wrong? It seems you know what you are getting yourself into and I wish you the best of luck.

The doctor I am going to specializes in fixing botched operations. Many of these involved the fat transfer where the fat migrated all over the dick and created a weird lumpy appearance, in addition to being squishy. Also, if the incisions are done improperly it can really mess up the appearance and function of your penis. These are the two concerns that I hear most often. Luckily, my doctor knows how to avoid both problems as he uses Alloderm instead of fat which will not migrate and reabsorb and he knows how to do the incisions such that they aren't noticable once they heal. He mentioned that he does them with the natural fold of the skin and most of the problems were caused by the surgeon making cross incisions.

One can gain alot from manuel work or useinf devices such as weights, pumps, clamps, rings etc etc.
I wouldnt go the surgery route it isnt a magic pill and the long term outcome isnt charted and IMHO its hyped alot.

And trust me, if I thought I had the possibility of making any kind of substantial gains in the next year or two from manual Penis Enlargement, I would exhaust the possibilities before attempting surgery. I wouldn't recommend jumping into the surgery, but remember that I have been Penis Enlargementing for many years and failed. Better to admit defeat and get my big dick now as opposed to even later down the line.

The surgery is on Thursday, the 25th. I am flying out early tomorrow morning and this is the last time I will be able to visit the forum until afterwards. I bought a new laptop computer and it is possible that I will be able to find internet access somewhere in CA. If so, I will have all the free time in the world to post about my experiences. I am having my second girth enhancement in a few weeks. I should be about 8 inches in girth and about 7.5 in length.

I don't care about being 9, 10, or 11 inches long. Even a 10X6 or a 9X7 inch dick will have less volume than I will at 7.5 X 8 and few women can handle much over 8 inches in length so it's a moot point.

As to long term on surgery I have spoken with men who had the surgery over a DECADE ago.

I had the surgery done yesterday and everything went perfectly. The only bad experience I had was with a terrible nurse that I had (I will expound upon this later). The doctor told me that things went beautifully and he also said that he was surprised by how much length he was able to extend out of me. I am hoping to gain a solid 2 inches from this. Last night I was in no pain at all and today I am sore, but it is very tolerable with the medication that he gave me.

The penis is a little bit swollen, but it is hanging down way lower than it used to. So no, there is no retraction at this point. The doctor seems a little bit off when you meet him but he is truly amazing. He promised me the best care I've ever had and so far he has made good on his promise.
