It's fairly unscientific, which I know you're going to say is the root of the issue.
For the first month I Bathmated on weekdays. I experimented with the number of sets but it was always at least 3. I found 3x10 always led to fluid expansion but 4x6 sometimes didn't... tried everything from 2x12 to 6x6 as that one guy had, etc. What I found was that jelquing in between seemed almost like I was just taking the fluid buildup from in my turkey neck area to the rest of the penis.
