Ok first things first, sorry for this late Post ( it was actually meant for the 16th) but my Internet was down until today.

To my Routin:

1. Good warm up
2. DLD's Newbe Strech routine
3. 6 DLD Blasters
4. Testical Health
5. 2 Ulis for warmup
6. 600 - 700 Wet jelqs 80 - 90 % Errect
7. 10 30sec. slow wet jelqs (at max errect. max blood)
8. Good warm down

6 day's on, 1 day off
Rountine takes about 2 hours

Ok, my Staats for the 16th of September:
BPenis EnlargementL="16,9cm" EG="11,5cm"

That means I realy gained nearly 1 cm in length in 1 month !!! :) :) :)
Haven't Gained nothing in Girth jet but still hopping :) :) :)

Finaly i am restarting my routine today after a longer fallout because of my injury, 8 days no Penis Enlargement :(
Anyway gonna start today with 1 round of DLD's basic stretch routine to see if anything happens...if all goes well I'll jump back into my routine tomorrow. Wish me luck guys

got a bit harder again after a slight girth routine :( :( :(

I'm going to keep up my streching but girth ( thats what i realy need ) can't bee done at this point of time :( I'm afraied i might hurt myself if i go on with it.. been nearly 2 weeks with no girth routine :( I'm realy depressed about this shit....

And my cable clamps that i orderd over http://cableorganizer.com/cable-clamp/ are usesless for me. The medium size is to big for me and the small size is to small :( ....

Man what a depressing start of a week
 
Just wrap your penis with [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace[/words] wrap or something along those lines to so it can fit in the medium clamp, I'm 4.75"EG and can fit in the medium with some wrap.
 
Good call punky, when I first got my clamp I strapped the middle size on at the base of my flaccid penis and was suprised when nothing happened =)

It's definitely important to use a lot of wrap, you will find that you can't clamp it all the way, even with your girth. Have you checked out Girth Attack in the Pic Proof section yet? Post there if you haven't yet, I'll send you a PM in a few days.

ok guys, it seems i'm nearly over my injury :) Yesterday while sex with my girl i noticed that this "string like thing" was much softer. I'm going to wait until monday to be absolutly sure and if all is better I'm going to realy get back into Penis Enlargement ;) I'm realy frustrated about this down time but a broken dick is the last thing i wan't so let's forget the past and concentrat on the future...

Have you thought about splitting your routine up into stretching AM and girth work PM, or something along those lines? I think it would be best to FOCUS on length or FOCUS on girth. I would be too distracted during my length routine wondering about the girth one or I may become bored before I finish my entire girth workout, etc.
 
ok I'm going to be testing clamping for this week as it's in my new routine anyway and i havn't done clamping befor, so see ya later I'm gona get started
 
Looks like a solid routine to me. You may want to try putting the 10min clamp session first since it might prove difficult to get a good erection after performing all the other exercises. Also, I would definitely suggest that you follow RED's recommendations in the guide: specifically those recommendations for guys new to constriction/clamping work. I clamped the first time for 10 min without a problem. Then I clamped for 15 min the next two days and . . . what do you know? I hurt myself.

My two mistakes were:
1) clamping on consecutive days without rest and
2) upping the time in the clamp without giving my body a chance to adjust to the clamp

I'm planning on 10 mins for the first 1 - 2 weeks
then in the same time period upping always 5 minutes
so week 1-2 10 min
week 2-4 15 min
week 4-6 20 min

maybe a bit faster if i feel comfterbal ;)

I prefer to do 1-3 smaller 15 min clamp sessions than larger ones anyway. That way my erections stay strong, i stay focused and i get a nice pump.

5. 15 min of pure Clamping (without exercises while clamping)
6. 300 Special Wet Jelqs (I'm going to explain them later, first gotta test them a few days)
7. 5 - 10 mins of pure clamping
8. Good warm down

Went from 12,1cm clamped girth to 12,6cm clamped girth after my special jelqs ;) So i think i might have found something that works for me ;)
 
Ah the metric system!!! 1cm=2.54 inches I think. Ah the metric system!!! SOunds like a goodlan. Keep it up, and congrats on the gains.
 
hehe nearly, its the other way around, 1 inch is 2,54cm

But you're version wouldn't be bad ;) i mean at a girth at 11,5 under your calculation i would only be running around all day and showing everybody my willy ;P
 
Man i had 10.8 cm EG,now i have 12,9 cm EG.You have such an outstanding support here,you can not fail.6 EG is waiting for you either,as it waits for me!
 
ok day 4 on my new girth routine and i must say I'm realy happy :) i have never had such a good work out then the last days. after my routin my dick is nice and red and warm. thats what i always wanted to reach after a work out session.
 
Glad to hear your routine is going good. Cy, and I are working on a new exercise that seems to be working very well. We will give more details about it, as we test it.

17,5cm BPenis EnlargementL and 11,7 EG ;)

I've even grown with 2 and 1/2 weeks of downtime because of my injury ;)

i wouldnt go for length in your case.Not at this point.Concentrate more on girth.Your length is fine!Go for it after your EG is something like 13 cm or more.You will reach faster whatever is your goal for the next period if you make things like Alloy(He gained 1 inch EG in 3 months).He wasnt doing stretches during that period.Think about it!
 
hehe wouldn't be a bad idea... but no i can't ;) I relay want length and girth ;) i couldn't put down my length routin as long as its working as good as it is.

Not realy a bet! i will try to prove DLDs theory of hard work in order of gaining.Everyday work of 2-3 hours(both girth & length),but if u want something for satisfaction if u win,will think of something!

Looks like a good routine to me. Let us know about those super-secret, "under development" jelqs mentioned on #6.

Man, you gotta let us in on the secret if they work well.

Also, have you jelqed at 60% at all, because I gain girth better at the lower % erections than the higher ones. I gain lenght if I am at 80 or 90% when jelqing.

Sounds like a solid routine either way....and seems to work.

First things first, i havn't posted much the last days because i was so fucking busy with work! I even misted out the last 2 days of Penis Enlargement workout! Anyway from tomorrow I'll have more time again and my dick realy needs a good beeting again.

I havn't tryed jelqing at 60% realy, i don't get the feeling that I'm expanding anythingat that rate. but who knows, i might try it.

My special jelqs are more a kind of modifyed jelqs that make them much more intense for Girth. But I wanna test them next week through first because i havn't had a proper workout this week.
 
Yeah my 65 - 70 hour working week ended yesterday ;) I'm really fucked up... I need some rest... But first I'm gonna realy beat up my dick to make up lost time. Then off to bed. I'll be updating and posting tomorrow ;)
