Priapus, when you're doing the kettlebell stretches (regular or Mandingo), do you pull out on your dick so it's almost straight (i.e. a shallow "V" shape), or do you pull up just enough to counter the weight of the kettle bell with your dick in a "U" shape?
Also, what routine did you finally end up using with the kettlebell? As I recall, I had seen in another post that you did a combination of kettlebell stretches with conventional manual stretches. Do you mix the manual stretches in with the kettlebell stretches (e.g. 2 minutes with kettlebell, 1 minute manual, 2 minutes kettlebell, etc.), or do you just do one long (e.g. 8 minute) kettlebell stretch before or after manual stretches?
Impressive gains by the way, I'm trying to see if I can do something similar. Hell, I think I'd be happy with half the gains you've gotten in the same time period.
