I'm guessing that when you use the bands on the base of your dick or the kettle bell that it is the inner penis being pulled out by the resistance/hanging weight .

At the request of another member (thank you OMGOMGITSHUGE) I decide to create the "Go to" thread for the Gold's Gym Band Stretches I've been doing! Comments and suggestions are welcome! If you want extra info its on my blog! Here is the Original blog post!

I think this may be as good as hanging and at like 6 bucks it was SUPenis EnlargementR cheap!! I'm gonna experiment with it and see what all I can do with it and will report my findings!"
