Thats' the original description from pepepe. Was browsing the forums while doing some clamping and came across this thread. I was double clamped at the base already, and thought why not try it? In the original exercise, the way it is described, it sounds like it is meant to be mainly a glans exercise. However, if done clamped near the base, it works the entire penis girth. I can lean most of my body weight for several minutes at a time against a wall, and I feel expansion in my glans, and shaft! This is a big time girth exercise guys!:cool:

So, the run down:

Wrap, add clamps at base. Get erect, and snap down clamps as usual for a double clamp session. Once at 100%+ erection level, press your penis "pee hole" first against a sturdy (duh?) wall. Lean against the wall with as much weight as you can comfortably. Be very careful! It will not take long..probably less than a minute before you start to get an ache in the sides of your erection. You need to back off, and rest a minute before repeating.

Another note. Use a hand around your shaft as support. Do not try to balance your body weight on your penis alone. I found bending at the knees helped control how much weight/force was applied to the penis. I felt a really NICE pressure in my shaft, in the sides while doing the few short sets I had time to do this morning. I'm excited to do my next session in the a.m.

Tried these today and got great expansion. I used a dash rap first (got no clamps) and pushed my girth up 1/2 an inch... never got that expansion before.
I also did clamped [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] and got the same sort of pressure.
I get a pressure sort of sensation aroud the PC area whenever pressing down though... a bit weird.

Make sure you are squeezing very hard at the base above the clamp(s) with an OK grip.
 
Wow, just got done doing these over a period of 40 minutes. HOLY CRAP!!!! I haven't felt this sore from clamping in a while. This should give me some exciting gains. I'm now thinking of doing at least 30 minutes of clamping everyday, since stillwantmore has achieved such great girth gains, and that is where most of my gains have been.

I notice that I'll put my meat on the wall, even when sort of soft, and work my calves going up and down, and my penis sides are REALLY worked out and sore after I go up and down with my body, holding the penis head on the wall with my hand.
 
Ok, even 8 hours after doing this my penis was still pretty sore. I haven't felt this sore in a very long time. I need to do at least 30 minutes of these each day I think. Hopefully my penis doesn't get too beat up to where it hurts erection quality.

Thanks dude. I did these for an hour today combined with an hour of pumping, and my penis feels super stretched out(girth wise). I don't see how these things will develop any plateaus because your body weight and legs can add an almost unlimited amount of pressure. There should be a warning in your exercise though, doing this routine regularly for a year straight could produce more Shane Diesel clones!

When you say youre working your calves up and down, are you raising up on your tip toes or what? Elaborate for the mentally dense like myself?

Yes I just push on my toes and my heels raise and I get a calf workout. What I do it I'll bend my meat at a 180 degree angle, put the head on the wall and hold with my hand, and go up and down on my toes(I also will jiggle side to side a bit as this REALLY works all sides) and I can feel all areas of my girth going to maximum pressure. Tell me how you like it when you do it.
