Did 1.5 turn bundled stretches 3.5 minutes each side. This will increase as I need to break down my stubborn tunica and septum. Right now I'm doing 3 sets of newbie stretches followed by 5x5x3
For sure. Especially right below the head on the lower surface. I also feel the stretching of the tunica by doing reverse ssj's and regular ones that start right at the base. Hopefully this time around I see some gains to motivate me to keep workingare you feeling the tunica being stretched? Are you seeing better post workout gains?

hanging went great, hit 8.8" bpfsl post-hanging (not the real bpfsl I know,I'm just monitoring the progress) currently doing 5x5x5 since I got the time/privacy
The 5x5 is the best girth routine in my opinion,followed by clampingAwesome work my brother I’m so glad this is going well for you now. I also love that you’re still going with the 5×5!
