I used to hang 7.5 kg for about 2 hours. it total I gained (not counting what I lost) 1.2 inches, at least 0.7 of it was from hanging

Excellent! How long does it take you to make this gain?
 
Did 1.5 turn bundled stretches 3.5 minutes each side. This will increase as I need to break down my stubborn tunica and septum. Right now I'm doing 3 sets of newbie stretches followed by 5x5x3

are you feeling the tunica being stretched? Are you seeing better post workout gains?

For sure. Especially right below the head on the lower surface. I also feel the stretching of the tunica by doing reverse ssj's and regular ones that start right at the base. Hopefully this time around I see some gains to motivate me to keep working

So good to hear and I’m so happy it’s working for you. I hope others take this advice and implement it into the routine.
 
hanging went great, hit 8.8" bpfsl post-hanging (not the real bpfsl I know,I'm just monitoring the progress) currently doing 5x5x5 since I got the time/privacy

Awesome work my brother I’m so glad this is going well for you now. I also love that you’re still going with the 5×5!
 
New bpfsl is 8.9". getting closer and closer to the goal.unfortunatly due to the quarintine situation I can't get enough privacy to train so everything is put on hold now,I can get in some stretching but thats about it. oh well...
