rn I am at 8.5x6.25. 2 inches in length and a quarter in girth till final goals. are the length goals realistic or no?

They are definitely realistic but are you sure you want to go to work with a 10 1/2 inch penis? Not too many women can handle that so I would rethink your final goal. But I made a 2 inch gain in length in six months when I first started so if I can do it anybody can. I would say to go to SRT and go full out on that program as this will bring your goals so much quicker

I don't care what women think I want a 10.5 inch cock ? and I have about an inch or inch and a half of fat pad so 10.5 bpel would round out to 9.5 or 9 given that I'm trying to lose some weight

Provided your PE career is long enough and you work smarter than most then yes it's possible. You'll probably achieve girth goal just working towards length. I just hit 3 inch BPEL gain last month after 15 years. I took a very long decon (18 to 20 months) and am now very efficient in my routine. Because of those 2 factors I'm now making newbie like gains without beating my dick up or subjecting it to unneeded trauma. If I would've embraced those 2 factors sooner I'd probably be done with PE long ago and enjoying my very large penis by now. After a certain point connective tissues response is strengthening and not elongation, which is our goal. Even girth is just elongation in the circumferential plane. I still don't have things figured out but if I had to hypothesize I'm creating a proliferation response without or at a much reduced inflammation response, in regards to my current routine. Inflammation I now take as a sign that too much was done, at least in terms of length gains.

I mention that because the kg levels you are now at are mildly high and my hunch is you're approaching or already at the strengthening phase and a long decon may be needed to jumpstart gains. Length of decon is proportional to intensity and time gone without a break. So if it's been a while 3 months minimum, more would be better. It's taking 2 steps forward and one step back.

I plan on creating a post detailing some key principles PE practitioners should keep in mind in the future. Good luck to you.
I've just got back to pe after a deconditioning break and only been training for a month or 2

So I can help if I may. How long before decon was taken were you consistently PEing and at what intensities? How long was the decon? And which is it a month back or 2 months back? You're having 33 lbs off your dick and will likely stall soon if not already because there isn't much more up you can go from there.

You said so yourself 2 inches and even in perfect conditions that'll take a while. That means you need to play the long game, not the short game of chess. You can keep upping intensity and taking no rest until you can't up no more or get injured. Or you can try to reset to where you can make consistent progress with a very much reduced load.

if I remember correctly; before I took the deconditioning break I worked consistently for a couple of months when I gained .6 in length and about .5 in girth. then I took a break for a long while I can't really remember well maybe around 6 months then I just recently started back again since july. at the moment I went from 8.6 bpfsl to 8.85 (I measured once before and it was 8.9,maybe reading error from me or fatigue) and I didn't pay much attention to girth. I know 2 inches would take a very long time to achieve but what I meant was that my current routine wasn't enough to increase the bpfsl more than 8.85, so what do you propose I do?
I work 4-5 days a week, I do the manual stretching portion of newbie routine in addition to the hanging you read before and 600 jelqs and ssj w compression squeezes and pumping plus the occasional 1 hour per day max tension extender.
I've been resting for 2 days and I'll measure my bpfsl again now to see if it was fatigue or if thats my actual bpfsl.

Start measuring BPSFL before and after your routine for the day. Even between exercises. That'll tell you how much more your pulling between exercises. You took a long decon but you are still hanging high weights. What weight did you start back with. I'd recommend hang in there for a week or two and collect this data. A decon of a month or two will likely be needed and when you start back you will want a routine that gives you 2-5% strain each day. 5-7% cumulative strain per cycle before gains start to stall and diminish, usually, you're sitting at 2.91%. 0.1cm gain per week seems to be the maximum gain rate for me and a few others. This means you can do extra but likely won't surpass that rate so any extra is a moot point. I posted a new thread that will go over more recommendations but it'll take me a while to fill out.

so would you recommend me taking another break? or should I keep working but with lower intensity?

Both. I know decons suck but sounds like you've already gained quite a bit after taking one. You'll need to collect some important data to really know the effectiveness of current routine and that'll help guide you in the next cycle. Stick it out another week or 2 and log your measurements, pre and post routine.

The goal is to do just enough to elicit a response, not traumatize tissues. That'll lead to an inflammation and retraction response as well as early toughening. Intensity levels are a component that does eventually need adjusting but shouldn't be the go to. We're after elongation aka gains. So stress amounts need to be tailored to individual based on current conditioning. A decon helps lower that some with the goal of coming back and needing less weight and time to make even better gains.

that makes perfect sense to me. thank you for such great advice!

I've been away due to a series of injuries, a cyst in pubic area, a cut below the glans, fatigue from school and work so on. I've been doing some light stretching and some squeezes but thats it

I’m sorry my brother and I pray that you get well very quickly. From now on trim those nail file them down!

the cut healed a long while ago but the cyst didn't. I'm losing length like crazy now I think I'm down to 8 or even 7.8 inches, sucks but no problem. I'll be back. now, taking a different approach to things by beginning with girth for expansion followed by length while employing heat during both for maximum flexibility and expansion girth and length wise.

It's strange to lose length within such a short time. Have you been doing bundled stretches?
